Dune Nothin, Beach Haven at Dune Allen Beach 4BR/3BA, 2 minute walk to beach!

The house was clean and provided plenty of room for us. The location is great, so quiet and private. We loved sitting on the porch with our coffee in the mornings and watching the birds flying over Oyster Lake. The beach is right across the street.

Beautiful home! Our best stay on 30a yet. Had everything we needed, spacious and comfortable. Super clean, pool area was terrific and just a walk across the street to the beach. Excellent property. Will definitely book again! Thank you for a great vacation!

Everything was beautiful

Beautiful, beach side cottage. The house was gorgeous, clean and fully stocked with supplies which doesn’t always happen w/ a weekly rental! The spices for cooking, extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, etc was such a huge perk. Not having to travel with those things or buy them once down at the beach is awesome! The walk to the beach is quick and easy! The public beach area is a little small with large portions blocked off by the beachfront owner's! However, this home is worth a stay! 10/10 would return!

We enjoyed a fabulous week at Dune Nothin. The proximity to beach access was perfect (directly across the street), yet the house feels secluded because it sits back and faces a lake. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, making it very convenient to prepare meals and enjoy family time around the large dining table. The shared pool, just three houses down was very nice as well, and a great way to relax after spending time at the beach. I would highly recommend this property! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house. Plenty of room for our grown children and thier littles to stay with us for the week. Great location with lots of dining options close by. Easy walk to the shore. Space is limited on the closest public beach access!

This was our first time staying in this home. David was awesome with communicating with us. We loved the home. It is not only beautiful but it is stocked very well. The beds are all comfortable and overall we had plenty of space. The beach is a very short walk. Overall 10/10 would definitely rent again. Highly recommend, .

Property was lovely and very comfortable. Overall a great stay. However, be aware that the beach access across the street has restrictions to public access of only 20 feet in width, so we had to use the access that was 4/10th of a mile down the road. One member of our party could not walk that distance and parking was difficult. So that was a bummer

We enjoyed staying here and the location is great. Parking is tight but nothing that couldn’t be managed. Highly recommend this place!

This is a great location. Very convenient to everything and very comfortable with all the conveniences you have in your own home. The entire family from a 2 year old to a 65 year old had a great time. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful property! Very clean quiet location, like new and beautiful decor. Ocean across the street and view of Oyster lake out the back balcony and porch. Our favorite Restaurants and shopping close by. I highly recommend staying here. Everything that we needed to know about the property was well explained before we arrived!

Perfect family Christmas vacation! Great access to the beach, shops, heated pool, restaurants, even a charter fishing trip. Very well stocked and perfect size for our family. Elegant beach house with great neighborhood. Golf cart rental was close, too.

My family rented Dune Nothing for a family vacation. This rental was perfect for our family of 6. Everyone has their own space with some left over. The beach access is directly across the road and a bigger public beach access is 1/4 mile down the road. The view of oyster lake offered the perfect morning coffee time view.

We loved the location; super easy walk to the beach and the boys loved fishing in the lake (they caught several). Dune Nothing was spectacularly clean and well appointed in the kitchen.

We had a great time at Dune Nothin’. There was plenty of space for our family and grandparents. The beach access was easy and the views of Oyster Lake were gorgeous. The property was great and set up well for our group. We felt like it was better equipped than some other places we’ve stayed for cooking. The owner was easy to contact and we had no issues with check in or our stay.

This was our second stay and we LOVE the home and the location. Will be back for a 3rd stay!

The property is very comfortable and a well stocked kitchen. It had everything we needed which was great because we cook breakfast lunch and only go out to dinner. Beautiful double porch overlooking Oyster lake. My kids and grand daughters especially loved going over to the public beach access and setting up for a couple of hours at the ocean. Very convenient. 30A is a very nice area of Florida and we will be back.

My family had a wonderful time staying here for our vacation. It was a beautiful home and a very short walk to the beach! There were shops and restaurants less than a mile away as well. Thank you for letting us stay! We would definitely love to visit again.

The host is awesome. He helped with everything we needed. The house is gorgeous. The neighborhood is nice and quiet right off the highway. Finding a spot on the beach that is now private was the hardest part of the trip. I recommend this house!!

Beautiful house. Most equipped I have ever rented.

Everything was as listed and pictured. Clean and well maintained. Quick walk to the beach and close to many shops and restaurants.
