It is just about a block to the beach access point so the location could not be any better. Tres Princesas is a 7 bedroom house with 5 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. It is a three story home but don't worry about the stairs, it has an elevator for your convenience. When you arrive at the house, you will have 2 driveways to park. The garage on the right side of the house is the guest garage and will store a ton of fun things for you to use. There are 4 adult bikes and 2 kids sized bikes equipped with helmets and locks. There are plenty of beach chairs to take to the beach as well as a beach cart and 2 inflatable YOLO boards for you to use while you are here. There is a golf cart available to rent separate from the house. Please inquire on additional cost and paperwork for the golf cart rental. brbrOn the first level of the house, you'll find the living area, dining area, kitchen and half bathroom. The dining table seats 10 comfortably, and table inserts allow up to 4 more. Out back there is a private pool which can be heated in the cool months.
