The house was fantastic

We loved this property! The heated pool was amaziing! close to a handful of restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay again. The layout was great for 4 families with kids.

We loved the house and the location on magnolia street. We were able to walk or ride our bikes easily to many locations in Grayton beach. The beach access was however very difficult to maneuver with chairs, coolers, bags etc since you’re not able to leave your golf cart parked near the entrance.

Great location in Grayton Beach, walking/biking/golf cart driving distance from shops, cafes/restaurants/bars, and local convenience market. Quiet block with easy beach access down the street. Wonderful decks for outdoor relaxing, nice-sized pool, and fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cooking ware. Plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, and house came with some bikes and a golf cart we rented. For our group of 20, we did rent one additional golf cart and 8 cruiser bikes as well as some extra beach chairs and umbrellas. Would definitely recommend staying here, as it’s a lovely and well-maintained home! The property manager was super responsive with all of our questions and needs as well!

beautiful home, could use a little maintenance and upkeep. Wonder array of beach items in the garage, excellent kitchen and bath items, high quality and plenty of them for our large family.

We had an excellent experience @ Tres Princesas! The property manager was phenomenal - She was very helpful and polite. We rented the golf cart with our stay and unfortunately the batteries went bad. She had a service company out that day to diagnose the issue and then the next day to replace the batteries and refunded for the unavailable days. PROMPT AND CURTEOUS! The house itself is exactly as described. The location is great in close proximity to the west side of Grayton Beach (fewer people). The pool and other amenities with the house fit our group extremely well - 7 kids (8-14ages) and 10 adults (40-80). The kitchen and den were easily accommodating to our entire crew. Would definitely consider again.

We loved the house. It was even better in person. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might ever need. The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and plenty of closet space. The pool was great and was checked twice during our weekly stay. The house was thoughtfully designed even the doors had alarms you could set so that you wouldn't worry that anyone escaped while you were sleeping. The house was located close to the beach just a short walk or quick golf cart ride and parking for the cart if space was available. The garage was stocked with plenty of supplies for the pool and beach. The property manager was available to answer questions quickly. We will definitely be back!

Property is very well stocked in terms of kitchen and toys for the beach along with several bikes. Recommend their golf cart as it is easy to park in Seaside/Watercolor. Beach is very walkable and they have carts to take chairs, etc. Note they don't want you using pool towels for the beach - so bring your own. Property is clean but getting a touch tired in places - outdoor cushions, etc. but this wasn't a problem and nothing was in disrepair. Check out is 10am, which felt early but may be normal for the area. A number of restaurants close by and we didn't have a bad experience at any of them. Would recommend checking out the beach bonfire services - great idea and if scheduled in advance, can be very convenient given the beach is so close by. Grayton Beach area is a little funky but generally in a good way. Mix of higher end homes and bungalows. There are a number of walking and biking trails to take advantage of as well.
