Plenty of room and easy access to everything in Blue Mountain Beach. Can't wait to go back!!

Stayed May 20, 2025This property is amazing. So precious, quaint and clean. It’s literally a 3 minute, flat walk to the public beach access. The pool deck and outdoor kitchen is fabulous and seems new. I’m in love with Blue Mountain beach now. I will for sure stay at this property again!!!

So close to the beach, walking distance to both redfish taco and Blue Mountain Creamery. The house itself is well stocked. The layout, location, and pool is perfect for a family. We will definitely be coming back!

Reviewer Comments: The Cottage is a great house for those seeking a ranch style while also providing a spacious and charming home. The pool area with the bathroom and kitchen is wonderful. We spent hours out there. Comfortable beds and furniture inside. The Cottage is decorated beautifully. The location is fantastic. So close to the beach. The area is quiet which is such a nice break from the crowds at other areas on 30a. As always, Royal Destinations is a top notch rental company.

Bikes were the BEST addition to the week. Beach access was super easy to walk to.

We stayed during new years and opted to have the pool heated during our stay. It was great. Our kids swam every day despite the cold weather.

The kitchen inside and outside are fully stocked and have everything you need to cook. The beds are very comfortable and the house is spotless. It’s located less than a block from the beach and ice cream shop. We loved our stay and can’t wait to go back. Thank you!!

The property is beautiful and newly renovated with everything we needed. We bought small beach chairs and an umbrella and used the Gulf Point beach access without any issues. Royal Destinations does a great job communicating and responding to any requests, recommendations or needs before and during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to friends. Everything about the property and location was great.
