Age Requirement
Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Beach Access
Lily Lane beach trail (ONLY bikes or walking) is located across from the 'Gathering Place'. This is a safe, wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Avenue is a dead-end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking.
Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) beach access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms. Just under a mile or 7-minute bike to public beach access.

Important Things to Know

No pets
Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction from the property and the forfeiture of rent, with no exceptions..

No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted. If there is any tobacco smell in the property after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.
**No firearms or fireworks are permitted on the premises.
**Video Surveillance: Many of our properties have 24-hour exterior video surveillance. This specific home indeed has exterior security cameras.

Golf Cart:
A 6-seater golf cart is included with every reservation, with the weekly cost of $525 already incorporated into the total reservation rate for your convenience. This is provided to the Guest by a 3rd Party Vendor and requires a rental policy to be signed between the Guest and Wilder Carts 30A LLC. Golf Cart is not owned or provided to the Guest by the Homeowner or Dream Destinations 30A Luxury Rentals LLC.

    We had a fantastic 3 generation family stay at this property. The community pool and hot tub were great. The house was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and the back porches/views were lovely. We loved the floor plan for our group, especially the two master suites. Location was great. It was easy to get around on the provided bikes, and I appreciated being in a quieter part of town during the spring break season. We loved the neighborhood walking paths! We didn’t notice the neighborhood backs up to the state park until late in the week, which is a great perk we are sad we didn’t take advantage of! The owners provided great tips on beach accesses in the binder from the property which were super helpful. Checkout was a breeze (very reasonable requests) and I appreciated not having a long to do list like I’ve had elsewhere. Our only hiccup was spotty WiFi. We lost internet completely for an entire afternoon/evening and the picture on the TV while streaming was not great the majority of the week. If I was staying and working most of the week, I’d find some backup options (coffee shops etc.) just in case. I’m not sure the internet issues were in the control of the homeowner/property management company though- seemed to be a provider issue (one company services all of Nature Walk).Overall, we would definitely stay again!

    8 min drive too the beach. I recommend to uber to avoid paying for and looking for parking. The location is near a lot of local food trucks and bars so if looking for a vacay with not a lot of driving this would be perfect. We spent an awful amount of time on the porch swing in the nights with cool air and the sound of water fountains just steps away from the back door. This home was perfect, Especially w/ the 3 king size beds. Had everything you could possibly think of down to the portable fans located in the closets. Def a 10/10 experience…. NOT TO MENTION… PUBLIX GROCERY IS NEXT DOOR!!!

    This house was exactly what we expected from the pictures and description. It was clean and had everything we needed and more! The bed porch swing was our favorite! It was perfect for our 2 families, 9 guests total. I would highly recommend this property.

    The neighborhood is nice and the house is located on a small manmade pond. It is a quick 5 minute bike ride to Publix and a 2 minute ride to the pools and hot tub. The beaches are 10-15 minutes by bike. The house is very nice, the kitchen well appointed, the bedrooms were all a decent size, except for the room with the bunkbeds, that was a little tight. This house is a 4 bedroom, not 5 as advertised in a few places. The 5th bedroom is a small, open sitting area on the second floor with a pull out bed. The bathrooms are very nice, private and large. No hand soap is provided. The dining room table is huge and the porches were nice, but not screened. The living room seats for 6 or 7. The rental agency was always very quick to respond to requests inc. dish soap, and batteries & internet issue. The not so great things, and why I rated this a 4. The TV's are dated flat screens with HDMI inputs but too old to download some of the more modern apps like Apple TV, Prime, we ended up using our own Roku stick. The owners should upgrade the TV's and increase the size in the living room and main bedroom. During our stay the internet was a bit wonky for a few days. It took constant rebooting to keep it on during those days. 1 kitchen towel, and NO beach/pool towel, as mentioned in listing. 1 pack of detergent and 3 or 4 dishwashing pods, and a small bar of soap per bathroom, nothing else provided. Bring from home. There is no outdoor storage. Nice place for the money.

    We just left from our week of vacation at this lovely property. It had everything we needed for cooking for a large crowd and the accommodations were just as described. Our favorite hangout was the large front porch with plenty of shade, seating and a large bed swing. The three king beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were great. Plus the bikes were an added bonus to get you to the beach and around the area. Lots of walking paths too! Thanks for making our vacation so memorable!

    The home was clean and well maintained. The layout and bedroom arrangements were perfect - loft porches, large bedrooms! House is close to beach but not really walking distance in the extreme heat. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

    We had a wonderful fall getaway here in Naturewalk. I have never stayed on 30-A not right on the beach, but this is a real treasure. The pools are great, the bike/walk to the beach is easy and the house was so comfortable and accommodating. We will be repeat guests for sure.
