Stayed Oct 10, 2025Great location-easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice condo.Communication with property management company was excellent. We had the opportunity to check in early. Before we arrived, we received a text that there was a leak in the unit above and water was in our master bath. This issue was resolved quickly as we didn’t see any water during our stay.We noticed a couple of minor issues and our inspector came right away.

Stayed Jun 30, 2025The furnishings were really nice. We will definitely stay again the next few months. We were owners in Gulf Place from 2002-2022. We would like to get an extra discount in the future. There are only 2 of us and only need one bedroom but really like this unit

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at other units in the building several times and this unit is fabulous! The mattresses were very comfortable. The furnishings were very nice and comfy also. The unit was well stocked with everything we needed. It was also very clean upon check in. We had an issue with a vehicle parked in our assigned parking spot in the covered garage and the management company addressed it immediately. We will likely stay here again in the near future!

Stayed Mar 14, 2025This condo was fantastic for our family of 4. The location is prime with restaurants, shops, and the beach all within quick walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again and the company that owns this condo was so easy to work with. Highly recommend this condo for any group/family of 6 or less.
