This unit includes access to a golf cart (low speed vehicle) & 4 bikes (two 26” & two 24”). It includes 10 ft. ceilings, stone/hardwood floors, multiple balconies, & a chef’s kitchen that features Viking commercial grade appliances & plenty of cooking amenities. It’s only a short walk, bicycle ride, or golf cart ride to 30A’s iconic beaches, unique coastal dune lakes, world class dining, bars, coffee shop, fish market, bike/kayak rental, etc. This corner unit boasts the best views of the lake & gulf from the Eastern Lake Condo building. Conveniently located to Seaside, Watercolor, Watersound, The Hub, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, & Rosemary Beach. You must be at least 25 yoa to rent this unit. There is a doorbell camera that owner can access. Owner may ask for age verification, if necessary. There are two designated parking spaces for this unit (golf cart is parked in one of them). There are overflow spots, but parking can be a challenge during peak season. There are also two handicapped spots, directly in front of Buddy’s Seafood Market. Including this rental, there are six two-story units, that are on the 2nd & 3rd floors.
