The location is great, the home was great for our group with at least 3 King beds and the pool is very big. It was very clean upon arrival, a short walk to beach access.

There are definitely some aspects that could use some attention (cleanliness in the bathrooms, space that pets can escape from around the fence by front gate, extra blankets for lounging, the television by the pool still didn’t work this year, ice makers run out of ice quickly and take awhile to refill). Overall we enjoy it because it is one of the few places that has a pool and accepts pets.

Overall, this was a great property and served our family well for the week we stayed. There is plenty of space and privacy for all ages and family/group make ups. Our crew had more than enough space to move around. We generally found the property to be as described and photographed. The bikes were a nice touch, but we did need to rent something smaller for our little buddies... super easy to do. The beds were okay, not great. There were plenty of clean linens and bathroom towels. The kitchen was well appointed with all the items you would need to prepare meals at the expected quality of a short term rental. On the it would have been nice to have/know list... There was 1 roll of paper towel and no dish towels for the house. While a starter package was available, we needed to source additional supplies for laundry, dishes and trash (bags). There were no pool or beach supplies... so plan on renting or bringing chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc etc. That seems like a miss for a property at this price. The highlights for this home were definitely the pool (clean, warm, awesome!, backyard space and the location... close to the beach access but also tucked back. We'd stay again and would recommend.

The entire property is immaculate. And the outdoor space with the grilling area and the pool is icing on the cake! We look forward to booking this property again in 2024!

Management was very responsive to any issues we had. Amazing pool and back yard and deck.

A window of check out to check in time on a single day barely allows for a thorough cleaning & the home was throroughly cleaned upon our arrival. We would have simply appreciate some notice that hey, the TV on the porch is not functioning and there is an issue with the lights in the bathroom. It would have saved us calling to report those issues and someone coming to the site. One does anticipate that if something is communicated as a feature (the TV on the porch) that the feature would work. That said, we had a fantastic stay and the staff was very good. Would leverage this home again.
