Sleeping arrangements

This home offers three bedrooms plus a loft, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. On the first floor, two queen bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub and shower combination. The second floor holds a king suite with a private bath that features a shower and a soaking tub. Upstairs in the loft, two twin beds provide a perfect nook for kids or singles.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is stocked with essentials for preparing meals at home, including a K-Cup coffee maker, blender, and wine glasses. Its open layout flows into the living area where natural light fills the space, and a large smart TV with WiFi keeps you connected when you’re ready to unwind.



Outdoor living

Step outside to enjoy a landscaped patio surrounded by greenery. A BBQ grill and inviting seating make it easy to share meals under the sky, while the neighborhood itself offers two community pools - one heated seasonally from October 31 to January 1 and March 15 to May 15 - as well as a tennis court just steps away.

    From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautifully maintained and thoughtfully designed the home was. The neighborhood is quiet, charming, and truly one of the best we’ve experienced on 30A. We loved the easy bike ride to the beach access…which is right across the street from the entrance of the subdivision. And we cannot say enough great things about Kismet Properties. They are, without question, the best rental company we have ever worked with, and we visit 30A at least twice a year. Their communication was prompt and friendly, every detail was handled with professionalism, and they made the entire experience completely stress-free. You can really feel how much they care about creating an exceptional guest experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this home and Kismet Properties. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

    Overall the place is nice. Pros: very close to the pool, bikes, location and cleanCons: Broken front door and we were not informed until we texted customer service. We had to always go through the back door or the side door to get in and out, also this led to us not enjoy the front porch. The garbage bin stinks and was not emptied prior to our stay. The costumer service was not the best.

    This is the second time we have stayed with Kismet and there will surely be a third! The home was spacious and comfortable, with every amenity just as described. Management was super quick to respond to a need we had and took care of it immediately. The home was nicely renovated and in a quiet cu de sac with friendly neighbors and just a short walk to the beach.

    Kismet properties couldn't have any better to work with, great communication and customer service. Stolen Moments location was good, easy to get to the beach and super close to the pool.

    This is a very nice vacation spot. We made use of the bikes and made several trips to the beach and town square area. Certainly within walking distance to the beach. We had a very nice time.

    House was as advertised, very new and clean. Keep in mind if you have a big family there are only two bathrooms. Access to the beach does require crossing a very busy 30A but it’s not far, and the beach is far enough away from seaside to keep it calm.
