New Coastal Dune Lake Home! Gulf Views!!

My favorite spot on 30A. Quiet with both lake and ocean views from all 3 floors. Host was very quick when we decided we wanted the hot tub and pool heated. We had a great mini family reunion.

Beautiful house, however a lot of construction all around. I know the house owners can’t control that. Also, the pool is right next to the neighbor’s pool so if there are some rowdy teenagers next door, may not be as peaceful as you’d like. Over all, beautiful and loved it!

My family of 8 with ages ranging from 18 to 87 had a wonderful times at Sunset Serenity. The house is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the 2 living rooms and particularly loved the top floor with amazing views. The house is right on the lake and very close to the beach. We have been coming to 30A for 20 years and this is my favorite house we have stayed in.

Beds were comfy, the home was very clean and the kids had a blast going from the beach to the pool to the lake. Don’t miss out on kayaking over to the beach during sunset/sunrise!

We absolutely loved the location of this home. Nancy was fast to respond to any questions I had. The top level was awesome a great family gathering place and the view was incredible. An added bonus was the kayaks which we enjoyed kayaking at sunset we would definitely stay here again

Wow!! This house and location are amazing!! The house is stunning and so clean and well stocked with everything you will need. The location is perfect for a quiet vacation with lots to do … swim in the pool, relax in the hot tub, kayak on the lake, go to the beach, bike to nearby coffee shop, go to dinner at Old Florida Fish House or just take in the gorgeous views from one of three large balconies. The beds are so comfy and the bedding is so soft. The bathrooms and are beautiful and well appointed and there are plenty of towels. The kitchens are a dream and very organized and there is ample seating for dining. The living room furniture is so comfortable and all the TVs are large and have streaming abilities. Remote control fans, outdoor lighting, plenty of space around the pool deck with an outdoor shower and grill too. The owners answer emails and texts promptly and are professional yet very friendly in their communication. The directions for arrival and departure are simple and easy to follow. This was a 5 star home and one of the best we’ve ever stayed in and we had no issues. We will definitely stay here again very soon.

Our family group of 12 included ages 6-70. The home had everything we needed from plenty of refrigerator space to pool towels. Having a view of the ocean and the lake was fabulous! We enjoyed morning coffee on the decks, and could see the sunset from the top deck, or short walk to the beach. We’d love to stay here again! Highly recommend, 5 stars!

We absolutely loved staying here! We have been coming to 30a for years but never stayed on this end. We loved being on the lake and the location is so convenient to anywhere you want to go. You can walk/bike to beach stores, breakfast at Beachy Bean and dinner at Old Florida Fishhouse. My boys loved kayaking on the lake down to the beach. Rent a yolo board! It’s so fun on the lake and you can ride it straight to the ocean. There were tons of kids at the little lake inlet by the ocean that my son enjoyed playing with. It’s a perfect spot on a windy day or when the critters are out. The beach was not crowded and very easy access from the house. There’s just so many fun things to do right at this house…fishing, kayaking, swimming, yolo, bike, beach and the views are incredible! Don’t forget to make your way to the 3rd floor balcony to watch the sunset! A nice glass of wine on the patio as the sun falls into the ocean. It’s stunning! When I say Nancy has thought of everything, she has. It’s literally like staying in your own home(or better)! All of the furniture indoor and outdoor was so comfortable, all the amenities you need and the house is beautiful. Nancy is so sweet and responsive to any needs or requests. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. If you’re looking for a place to stay on 30a, book here!!!

Sunset Serenity is a well-appointed, immaculate, spacious home with amazing views...the sunsets did not disappoint! The location was ideal. Nestled in on the south side of 30A, it was a short drive (or nice bike ride) to Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary. The hosts, Chris and Nancy, were great to work with - extremely helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. We had a wonderful time!
