LSV! Short Walk to Beach! Private Pool! 4 Adult Bikes!

Comfortable beds and lovely pool with heating that worked well. HVAC fine and property managers were responsive along with golf cart rental company. Clean bathrooms with basic needs covered. Kitchen had ants, bare bones options for pots/pants and cooking items. Carpets were unclean and had short dog hairs present throughout the house. Couch and living room was not comfortable for our group to all sit. We were disappointed the beach access required walking through the brackish water connected to Eastern Lake so we had to drive to another beach access down 30A as not to wade through water. The price of this home was affordable and overall we love the area off 30A. Thanks for allowing us to rent this home.

House was beautiful and had everything we needed for our family trip! Having the pool heated was great so the grandchildren could get in it. We loved having the golf cart and used it quite often to run around the area. Added bonus was being able to bring our little fur baby with us. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Everything was perfect! We love this location and having our own pool was so nice! Very easy beach access and the golf cart was nice to have too!

The house was in a great location and had enough rooms for all of us. The pool was so relaxing. The only thing I would say is that the floors were quite dirty. If I walked around in my bare feet or socks, the bottoms of my feet or socks were filthy.

The house was wonderful and perfect for our group of 8 people. The only issue is the public entrances to the beach. There are 2 public beach entrances but the closest one to the parking was always flooded. So you either have to wade through the water to get to the beach or walk down further to the other public entrance which is what we had to do. So it was a slight inconvenience.

Great place for a girls' weekend vacation! Everything was perfect and the hosts were so responsive! Would book again!

The low speed vehicle was excellent to have available to us. We dealt five days with A/C problems upstairs before a resolution. One evening it was over 80 degrees. We received a credit for just over 400, but doesn't nearly compensate for the sleep we lost. Beach access doesn't mention you have to wade through water with small children. Pool is very small and there needs to be a hose accessible. Steps out the utility room would be very helpful because of the height of the gate and the alarm. This will definitely not be a location we will stay at again.

House and kitchen are wonderful. The pool was perfect to sit and relax in. It isn’t really made for play. The door to the house was a little temperamental with the pool alarm but we managed. The bikes and cart amenities were so convenient. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

Very cute property. Very comfortable beds and great little pool/spa. There was a slight hiccup with a new sewage pump. However, it was taken care of within 24 hours. The management company was very accessible with prompt communication. We were very happy with our stay and the kids had a blast!!! Very close to the beach. Would definitely book again!
