Gulf Place is known for its vibrant artist colony featuring an array of shops and eateries as well as pristine beaches, amphitheater with manicured green, and lush native plants. The Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club is minutes away and completed an overhaul to make it become one of the prestigious golf courses in the area. Within 10 minutes driving west, you can be at Grand Boulevard’s upscale shopping and restaurant center where you will experience some of the finest shops and eateries in the area. 5 more minutes west you are at Sandestin with multiple golf courses and bay side amenities. Next to that is Silver Sands Premium Outlet mall area. In the opposite direction heading east along 30A, you can enjoy some favorite spots like Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. These areas have become incredible crowded, but nevertheless are beautiful and fun spots to visit. brbrThe snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. brbrFinally, one thing to know about this part of 30A (and specifically this location where Dream by the Sea is situated) is that it is not over-crowded like most of 30A. A lot of this has to do with this particular part of 30A which mostly has large private homes along the beach and no high-rise condominiums. The direct beach access closest to us does not offer public parking or even room for golf carts to park, so it keeps most of the beach traffic at a minimum and causes it to go to other more crowded access points. Note that golf cart rental is not necessary for getting to this beach access since we are so close. You will be a very short walk away and we provide full beach setup for you to use (beach cart, wagon, umbrellas, sunshade, and beach chairs) for your convenience. Our condo is perfectly located in Seagrove Beach, FL which is between Seaside and Rosemary Beach on 30A and is 25 minutes from Destin and 25 minutes from Panama City Beach. The white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are within a mere few steps from our walk out ground floor ocean front condo. This area of the pan-handle has been rated by Costal Living Magazine as one of the best beach towns in America and two of their Dream Houses has been built within four miles of our condo. brbrObviously, if you are visiting 30A you are probably wanting to spend some time outside. Our corner unit has a large beautiful ocean front yard where you can relax or play with the kids. Take a look at the pictures, it is a huge area that very few people have access and truly makes our place feel much bigger than any other unit. Access to the beach is only 20 yards from the Condo and you don’t have to worry about elevators or lobbies, just walk out the back deck and you are at the beach. There is beach service available to rent and they also rent kayaks and paddle boards at to our beach access. If you prefer the pool, it is ocean front and only steps from the back deck as well. So bring your swimsuits no matter what time of year as the pool is heated to 85 degrees in the winter and right next to it are two well-maintained gas grills. Maybe the best outside experience is walking out either of the two sliding glass doors and enjoy a beverage with an ocean view on the outdoor dining set. brbrIf you prefer to stay inside for the day, you can relax in our newly renovated condo which features a 60 inch flat screen smart TV in the living room, a 55 inch TV in the Master, and a flat screen in the bunk room as well. If you like to cook, our newly added stainless steel appliances and fully furnished kitchen makes it feel like your kitchen at home. The Condo, that features beautiful tile floors throughout, is a two bedroom condo with an ocean front Master bedroom featuring an on suite bathroom and an extra bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Don’t worry, the bunk beds are adult weight bearing bunks that can accommodate four adults or if you prefer the couch in the living room it folds out into a queen size bed. The ocean front living room/dining room is opened up to the kitchen has a 60 inch flat screen TV, high speed internet with WiFi, a computer desk, and a table that seats six. Also, don’t forget the essentials as we have a wash & dryer, 2 parking spots, a pack-n-play, a stroller, 2 beach chairs, and you can walk to many good restaurants, shops, a convenient store, a donut shop, bike & marine rental shop, pizzeria, and a fresh seafood store within minutes. All the units are connected through an interior stairway, making multiple unit rentals perfect for family reunions and weddings. Located directly on the beach and south of Hwy 30A, these newly renovated units include features like upscale stainless steel appliances and granite surfaces, new bathrooms, full smart home integrations including, swivel from ceiling jumbo TV mounts, and smart audio devices! Each unit features reverse-osmosis water purification systems to refill your bottles and save our beach from un-needed plastic. The living room is decorated with furniture including a jumbo Lovesac beanbag chair placed in front of the picture windows.brbrThe most prominent feature of this location is the private beach. Ocean Air 30A boasts of 70’ of private beach, giving each beach chair set a direct ocean view without outside interference. Each unit is guaranteed one set of chairs and an umbrella with the Ocean Air-logo. Additional chair sets are available for an additional fee.brbrOur Property is having some exterior work done at the moment including siding and deck upgrades. We are doing all of the upgrades ourselves and making sure to keep the guest experience and stay as our upmost priority.
