Stayed Jun 21, 2025We had an amazing week here! The quiet neighborhood and private pool are already calling us back. We saw deer almost every day and the house is close to many shops and restaurants.

Stayed Mar 27, 2024The host was quick to respond to my questions. The heated pool was amazing in the fenced backyard. Everything was clean and as advertised on the website. Private access and private beach comments on Facebook had me worried, but the beach we were able to use was just about a five minute walk away. great place to stay! Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

Stayed Jun 10, 2023Our family has been coming to Rosemary Beach and the Gulf Trace area for over 25 years. While this house had a good location on the beach, the size and quality of the house did not warrant the high price charged. Also, almost all dishes were dirty when we arrived, and the plug-ins in all bathrooms were tripped. It took over night to get any response.

Stayed Dec 27, 2022This house was perfect for our stay with family. Plenty of room inside, truly wonderful outside space both front and back and close to the access to the beach. House is as described. Kitchen well stocked. Communication and responsiveness of owner very prompt. We will definitely return if in the area.

Stayed Oct 9, 2022We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at Grayton Dreamin’. The house layout was perfect for us, 5 adults and 2 children. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The beach was so convenient, only a short walk on the road and the house had lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids. The pool was perfect. Right out the back door. Couldn’t have been more convenient. The owners were great to us, I will definitely consider returning.

Stayed Jun 18, 2022Had an issue with oven. ( element burned out) Called owner, they got right on it. Had maintenance drive to panama city the next morning to get part. Oven was fixed by lunch. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Apr 15, 2022This house is a little dated but worked well for our group. It’s located in a small community with an AMAZING beach with no one on it! The private (heated) pool and outside areas made the house although the outside furniture could use a refresh. Some of the furniture was broken and stained/faded. There are some toys and old chairs you can use for the beach, which is nice. There are multiple seating areas outside as well including a screened in porch which was nice to use when it rained. At night it was very quiet with hardly any noise. Inside the kitchen is small with not a ton of storage. It has everything you need and all appliance work. The four bedrooms have their own bathrooms. AC works very well as did the ceiling fans. We enjoyed our time in Grayton Beach and would definitely return to the area. Thank you!
