Coppertone Cottage: Our home is centrally located in Phase II of WaterColor, 100 yards from Camp WaterColor's Lazy River and pools. Our home sits at 161 Red Cedar Way on the quiet corner of Spartina Circle and Red Cedar Way.

Perfect Location: Specifically chosen for the ideal location, our home is convenient to all WaterColor amenities and is perfect for multiple families or four couples who want to get away from it all! A short 5-minute bike ride takes you to the beautiful beachesand fabulous restaurants and shopping at Seaside and WaterColor. Kids can stroll 100 yards down Spartina and they are at Camp WaterColor's pools, playground and field! We are a 5 minute walk to the Tennis Center and Pickleball courts. Publix is less than 5 minutes away, so grocery runs are quick and easy. You will love our ideal location.

Relax and Enjoy the Features: One upstairs balcony porch and three wonderful porches on the main level are perfect for relaxing. Take a nap on the porch swing/bed after an active day at the beach, a fishing excursion, or a round of golf. The fireplace located in the screened porch off the living area will keep you warm on cool evenings.

Twelve foot ceilings on the Main Level and ten foot ceilings on the Upper Level, together with an abundance of windows and an open floor plan, allows natural light to filter throughout the home. Enjoy a warm shower in the enclosed outdoor shower, then step right inside to the Laundry room. Perfect for sandy kids or sweaty golfers. Laundry room has a full-size sink area for clean ups after a day at the beach.

You will rest comfortably in high-end bedding and luxury linens chosen for our home. Every detail has been carefully considered so your stay will be a dream vacation.

Stream music throughout the main level with the Sonos system, which includes in-ceiling speakers in the Main Living Area, Kitchen, Master Bedroom and Bath. Adjust the volume through the Sonos App and/or with a volume knob on the wall in each room. Watch a movie or game on the 55-inch television in the Main Living Area. Retreat to one of the bedrooms and enjoy a show on a 40-inch television. Kids will enjoy the two televisions mounted in the lower bunks in the bunk room.

Gourmet Kitchen: Fully-equipped with every need, the kitchen overlooks the Living and Dining areas, so it is ideal for a vacation setting. Carrera marble countertops with high-end appliances. Ice maker, wine fridge and dual sinks located in a huge island are a perfect family gathering spot. Gas grill located just off the side deck for grilling the day's catch.

Living Area: Furnished with beautiful designer pieces with casual comfort in mind. Two Sofas in Living area and Two Swivel Gliders are perfect for visiting with family and friends or watching a movie or game on the 55-inch LED television.

Dining Area: Trestle dining table that seats ten people comfortably, with additional seating at kitchen island.

Master Bedroom Suite Main Level: King Bed dressed with luxurious bed linens, private master bath suite, and access to a porch where you can enjoy an early morning cup of coffee just off the bedroom or take in the nighttime view of an incredible array of stars.

Master Bathroom has honed Carrera marble, separate his/her sinks, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate water closet.

Master Suite Upper Level: King Bed dressed with luxurious high-end bedding and walk in closet.

Private master bath suite includes honed Carrera marble, two sinks, soaking tub, walk-in shower and separate water closet.

Bedroom 3: King Bed dressed with luxurious bed linens and bathroom.

Beautiful walk in shower with rainhead. Private sink area and shared water closet with an additional sink for use by bunk room guests.

Bedroom 4: King Bed dressed with high-end bedding and private bathroom.

Bunk Room: Four Twin Beds with wall-mounted TV's in lower bunks for video games and movies. Kids will love the setup.

Bathroom access with sink and shared walk-in shower.

Walk in closets and chests are included in every bedroom.

Each bedroom has its own spa-inspired bathroom, with pristine white luxury towels and high end designer lighting.

Porches: Master Bedroom Suites include private porches with seating or sleeping bed. Screened porch off living area includes beautiful fireplace with cozy seating for enjoying wine with friends or kids can gather to enjoy a board game together. Screened porch includes a bistro table for additional dining space. Gas grill located just outside the kitchen on the side walkway, a few steps from the back porch.

Bicycles: Our bicycles are included for use during your stay. Also for your enjoyment, you will find beach chairs, floats and pool toys in a storage closet for your beach and pool time together.

Rear parking to accommodate 3-4 vehicles (depending on vehicle size).

Golf Cart Rentals: Golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be requested through The Electric Cart Company, and a limited number are available. Please contact The Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.

12 Guest Maximum: When booking your reservation, please provide the total number of adults and children that will be staying in the home. Watercolor requires all guests over 4 years old to wear a wristband to obtain access to the pools, beach and other amenities. We will order your wristbands based on the number you provide. The Watercolor HOA does not allow more than 12 guests to stay at this home (including children 4 years and younger), and will issue no more than 12 wristbands will be issued.

Booking:
*A 50-percent deposit is due at the time of booking
*The remaining payment is due 60 days prior to your stay
*Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are refundable if notice is given 60 days prior to your arrival
*Checks and credit cards are accepted: Visa, Discover, MasterCard.
*Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and checkout is at 10:00 AM CST

Rental rates include passes to all Watercolor pools, Beach Club, etc.

Published rates do NOT include taxes and fees.

We do not allow Bachelorette, Bachelor, College Spring Break or other young adult gatherings in our home. Smoking is NOT allowed. Pets are NOT allowed. If we find you have violated this policy it will lead to immediate cancellation of your booking or stay, as well as forfeiture of your Security Deposit in full. Thank you.
