Dream by the Sea is the name of our home. Our hope is this vacation will help you as you pursue your dreams (or start dreaming again). In April 2025, the property manager we used for years closed his business so we took over management. Dream by the Sea was newly renovated in 2022 to become a welcoming, peaceful and luxury home away from home. It is located along 30A in the Santa Rosa Beach area and hosts up to 12 people in a 4 bedroom/4 bath/8 bed, 2350 sq ft beach home. It is situated on an end lot in a gated community providing a tranquil spot within a short walk from the famous 30A Emerald Coast and sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico!

Tucked away just off 30A, Dream by the Sea provides the simple beauty of secluded coastal living with all the modern luxuries. Surrounded by lush landscaping with wavy palm trees and a regular ocean breeze, your rest and tranquility await you! And when the ocean waves are active at night, you can hear the ocean from the outdoor decks while you sit under the canopy of stars. The home is also walking distance to the Dune Allen Beach town center known as Gulf Place where you can enjoy popular spots like Shunk Gulley seafood restaurant, the Perfect Pig, Pecan Jacks ice cream shop, Shelby’s and more. You are also steps away from walking, running, and biking on the public pathways along 30A that run parallel to the beach.

Upon entering the home through the front door, you will notice the beautiful, contemporary open-floor plan design. It is accentuated by all the windows and surrounding outdoor palm trees/landscaping, which creates a very light and bright coastal feel. On the first floor, you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, queen bedroom, full bathroom with stand-up shower, and laundry room with an outside side entrance. The kitchen boasts all new high-end stainless steel appliances, carrera quartz countertops, gas oven, four-person island seating, a separate filtered drinking water system with pure and alkaline water settings, Keurig coffee maker, ice machine, and more.

The living room holds a large flat screen TV with incredible Sonos sound system that you can seamlessly connect your phone to over Wi-Fi to play your favorite music in the house.

The first floor bedroom features a top of the line queen bed, premium contemporary coastal furniture, a private sitting area, closet, and access to the front porch daybed swing/sitting area. The hallway bathroom is right next to the bedroom and includes a beautifully designed standup shower with a ceiling raincan shower plus a regular wall shower head.

Upstairs on the 2nd floor is the master and one other bedroom plus 3 individual full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size premium bed with contemporary coastal furniture, private sitting area, walk-in closet, private master bath with jet tub and stand up shower, and a private wrap around porch on two sides. The other guest bedroom has two premium queen beds with contemporary coastal furniture, a private sitting area, private bathroom with ceiling raincan shower head, and a private deck with daybed swing. The 3rd bathroom on the second floor is in the hallway and is a full bathroom with stand up shower to exclusively serve the bunk room loft guests on the 3rd floor.

The 3rd story loft is an incredible, custom-designed bunk room with 4 twin beds. The mattresses are super comfortable and the room includes its own private sitting area, flat screen TV, and entertainment center. It also has it’s own private roof top porch out the back door with outdoor seating, lounge chairs for laying out, and incredible ocean and sunset views.

Nearby Amenities to Know About:
Dream by the Sea is a short walk to one of the best scenic dinner spots along 30A at the VUE on 30A, and minutes away from the Dune Allen town center called Gulf Place. Gulf Place is known for its vibrant artist colony featuring an array of shops and eateries as well as pristine beaches, amphitheater with manicured green, and lush native plants. The Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club is minutes away and completed an overhaul to make it become one of the prestigious golf courses in the area. Within 10 minutes driving west, you can be at Grand Boulevard’s upscale shopping and restaurant center where you will experience some of the finest shops and eateries in the area. 5 more minutes west you are at Sandestin with multiple golf courses and bay side amenities. Next to that is Silver Sands Premium Outlet mall area. In the opposite direction heading east along 30A, you can enjoy some favorite spots like Seaside, Alys Beach, and Rosemary Beach. These areas have become incredible crowded, but nevertheless are beautiful and fun spots to visit.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often.

Finally, one thing to know about this part of 30A (and specifically this location where Dream by the Sea is situated) is that it is not over-crowded like most of 30A. A lot of this has to do with this particular part of 30A which mostly has large private homes along the beach and no high-rise condominiums. The direct beach access closest to us does not offer public parking or even room for golf carts to park, so it keeps most of the beach traffic at a minimum and causes it to go to other more crowded access points. Note that golf cart rental is not necessary for getting to this beach access since we are so close. You will be a very short walk away and we provide full beach setup for you to use (beach cart, wagon, umbrellas, sunshade, and beach chairs) for your convenience. If preferred, we can organize beach chair & umbrella rental at our beach access location for a separate charge.
