Surrounded by tall pines and coastal breezes, this home is designed for multi-generational comfort and relaxation.

    It was great having the carriage house so that we could be away from the noise of the kids and not have to share bathrooms with them. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy to get to any location from there. We were initially afraid that we would be too loud but there were several houses around us who were much louder but we weren’t bothered by it. Overall great house for this type of trip with teens!

    We were celebrating the marriage of my husband’s daughter. Friends and family stayed in this quiet neighborhood that is a short 10 minute walk to the beach and an easy bike ride to Seaside. The home we stayed in was both beautiful and clean. I’m pretty much a clean freak so that was important to me. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Kids and adults all enjoyed themselves. It was a bit cool during our stay so we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pools. They looked well maintained. I would highly recommend staying in this vacation home.

    My family had a great relaxing beach week. House was very spacious and comfortable. Neighborhood is nice and quiet and set off the busy 30A traffic but yet close enough to beach. We will be back next year!
