Easy access to the beach and convenient to our favorite restaurants. The condo has a Beautiful back yard and is very quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay very much and Nathan was very informative!

We had a wonderful getaway for the week. The beach being private and steps away is awesome. Very clean and updated all around. The bunkroom is great for kids or a second “grand family”. Having the beach chairs available was convenient and saved money. Having the green area right outside the patio was also a big plus. Plenty of room for the kids to run around. We had some issues getting the cable working but other than that no issues. We would definitely stay again and we are very picky on the few places we add to our list of places to stay after staying on 30a for 20 plus years.

The condo was very nice but in need of a thorough cleaning. We couldn't see the gulf at all. The pictures in the description gave us a beautiful view, but they were old pictures and now is overgrown. We couldn't sit out on the patio because the furniture was in disrepair, not as pictured. Quiyte disappointing, we left early.

This 2/2 ground floor unit feels larger than it is. Bunk room is perfect for 2-3 kids. Master is spacious. Best part is proximity to ocean. I’ve stayed in this building around 10 times over the years and keep coming back because it is close to the action in Seaside, but far enough away to feel really peaceful. This ground floor unit doesn’t have the same ocean view that the higher floors do, but with a larger family, I feel like this unit lives larger. The yard offers more living space. The easy access to the heated pool and ocean can’t be beat. I loved staying here and can’t wait to return.

Property was great. The only thing was that the pictures showed that you could see the beach from the patio but with the foliage grown larger than the picture we could not see the beach from the patio.

We had the best time staying at Beachcrest in Seagrove. This is our 3rd year visiting (2nd time at Beachcrest) and our kids loved this unit best. They loved being able to go right outside in the grassy area to throw the football and the ease of bringing our beach stuff in. Nathan was so quick to respond if we had any questions. Absolutely recommend!!

Everything was great for our stay. The place was nicely decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed. The beach was steps away and so beautiful! The pool is right outside the back door and was really convenient as well. Everything you need is a short walk or drive away as the condo is central to everything. I’d highly recommend the condo to others, it was lovely! We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary trip and would definitely return again! Thank you for everything!

2nd time at this condo. Has everything you need and great location

This was our second summer vacation at this condo, and once again we loved it. The location of the unit is so convenient to the beach - we love being able to easily walk in and out through what feels very much like a private yard. The condo has everything we need and is clean, modern and comfortable. We hope to visit again!

This property is great, and everything went smoothly with our host. The most notable thing is that it's set up perfectly for families. The bunk beds are awesome. The ground-floor, corner unit is close to the pool and the walkway to the beach. There's no elevator or stairs to contend with, so the barrier between sitting on the couch and Hey, I think I'll walk down to the beach is nonexistent. Having a clear path to the pool made it easier for me because I could let the kids go down to the pool and look out on them occasionally while I was cleaning up the dishes. (Obviously, this wouldn't work with little kids. My kids range from 10 to 14 years old...) There was a sandbar at that actual section of beach, and we spent a lot of time playing in the waves. At low tide, the water was literally at my knees on the sandbar. I expected to have to find things for the kids to do in the surrounding towns, but the kids were happy chilling out. We bought groceries and just enjoyed hanging out at the beach. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again.
