The first floor includes two king primary suites, each with an ensuite bathroom, along with a secondary living room offering plenty of space to relax. Step outside onto the spacious beachfront deck, where you’ll find lighted dining for eight, a comfortable lounge area, and a gas grill—the ideal setting for sunset dinners or evening cocktails by the sea.

Ascend the custom rift-sawn white oak staircase with glass railings to the second floor, where expansive living spaces and breathtaking views await. This floor features a state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen, open-concept living, and a dining area—all seamlessly connected to the Gulf beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, including a Sub-Zero refrigerator, wine cooler, ice machine, Wolf oven and range, Bosch dishwasher, Kohler sink, Blanco faucet, and floor-to-ceiling wenge-finish cabinetry. At its center, a stunning waterfall-edge white marble island invites conversation and connection.

A German-engineered Roeder folding glass wall opens completely to a spectacular split-level teak deck with unobstructed Gulf views. The outdoor living space features a large wrap-around sectional and plenty of seating—the perfect perch for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or sunset gatherings overlooking the water.

The third floor is dedicated entirely to the private king primary suite, a serene retreat with a spa-like ensuite bath featuring a glass-enclosed rain shower, light-therapy jetted Oceania tub, vein-cut silver travertine, and premium Kohler and Hansgrohe fixtures. A vanity area adds convenience. Just beyond, your own private open-air deck with chaise loungers for two offers an intimate beachfront escape with panoramic Gulf views.

    We had an amazing day at seaside at this stunning rental on the ocean, which is also close to the town center. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. The bedrooms were also extra large and there was a large amount of space in the common room on the second floor overlooking the ocean. Would stay here again and would recommend it to others with families.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros: Perfect location! Beach front and only a short walk to charming shops and restaurants. The house is spacious with plenty of room for 6. The two balconies have spectacular views of the beach. The living room has a wall of glass doors that fold back to create a seamless indoor/outdoor space. Cons: House needs maintenance. The large glass doors mentioned above are very hard to open and close. Most of the windows on the main floor are stuck shut. Dishwasher seems to have come unmounted from the counter and is also hard to figure out. TV in the living room is almost a parody of technology run amok, with multiple remotes. Ditto the lighting system, with touch screens and panels with switches. The master suite (entire 3rd floor) has no doors, including to the bathroom. Weird! I hope this doesn’t sound too negative. I’ve rented the house twice and will probably do so again. I just think people should be aware of its idiosyncrasies

We’ve stayed in numerous properties over the past 15 years and this was by far the best- the view was like nothing we’ve ever experienced. Spent every waking hour on the porch. My mother in law couldn’t physically walk down to the beach so the porch was great for her to still experience the beach. The house had plenty of amenities, very comfortable, perfect access to downtown seaside, and clean. We really like working with Homeowners Collection.. their customer service has consistently been the best in seaside. Will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Seaside for years and this location is the BEST. It is steps to the beach and steps to the Seaside Square! Perfect for the New Years fireworks!Just a note-there is NO door to the 3rd floor suite. So, privacy is limited. There are some curtains but no door to the bathroom or bedroom. Sound travels both upstairs and down so if someone is watching TV on the main floor, it can easily be heard on the 3rd floor and vice versa. Also, the kitchen is reasonably stocked but some of the pots and pans are in bad shape. There is one tiny trash can in the kitchen so for a house this big we took out trash at least twice per day.Minor inconveniences but for the size, location, and cost of the house, they seem significant. Beautiful interior and great views!
