    Great stay. Property is well maintained. We enjoyed the location, short 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach. We didn't have any trouble finding parking at the public beach access points. We also enjoyed the community pool in the neighborhood. We would highly recommend.

    The property is up-to-date & nicely furnished. Roomy with multiple areas to gather or be alone. Bedding & mattresses slept well. Plenty of towels, terry, etc. Expected amenities were all there & functional. The pools were not over- crowded any day or afternoon we were there. Parking is tight! The 1 garage space will fit a small SUV, but is so tight you have to pull all the way to the wall & then pull the door down. There literally was not enough room to walk in front of or behind the vehicle when the door is down. The other 2 spaces outside also only fit a smaller vehicle/ SUV. We had to parallel park our Suburban over the 2 spaces otherwise it would’ve been in the road. The descriptions of proximity to the public beach accesses are misleading. Yes, it is a very short walk or bike ride to the bike path, but the walk or bike ride from there is a haul if you have gear &/or little people to take. Both of the nearest public accesses had very little parking for cars, golf carts or bikes so you have to go early if you expect to park. Also, 10 x 10 tents & Shibumi -Mini shades are permitted on the public beaches, but original-size Shibumi shades are not allowed. The closest access is the Seaside Cabanaman Hut, but you can only use this access if you are staying in Seaside or Watercolor, OR if you rent chairs & umbrellas from them. No personal chairs, tents or umbrellas are allowed from other properties at the Seaside Beach access. It is worth the expense though if you plan to beach most of the day & want to go back & forth to the Seaside town square shops, restaurants & food trucks. You have to get there early too if you expect to park. As for any issues with the property itself, there were a few live roaches seen under the kitchen sink & by the dishwasher during our stay. The door handle to the 1st floor master closet fell off when I opened it the 1st time. A lower kitchen cabinet door was attached by 1 hinge on arrival & fell completely off later. The golf cart had no windshield wipers & there was a crack in the lower right corner of the windshield. Would definitely search for other properties closer to the beach for the expense if we were to visit here again.

    This property was amazing! Everything was just as it was stated in the listing. We were thrilled with the proximity to Seaside and the beach. We had older kids so those things being a short bike ride away was fabulous! The golf cart was very convenient for running to Publix also. Our kids LOVED the pools. Overall, this was a great rental and we would definitely stay here again!!

    Rented this house because of golf cart and bikes. However, golf cart was broken and bikes were broken. Contacted management about issues but was told they could not help. They did send someone to look at golf cart but it couldn’t be fixed and it was taken from us. This changed our whole experience!! Will not rent from here again. Also, no wash clothes and WiFi did not work. Rented from this neighborhood last year and has no problems. Very very disappointed with this year’s experience.

    My only complaint was that when we arrived the golf cart didn’t work and we were never informed. I spent the first day and half of the second day trying to rent another one. The manager at Beachwalk rentals was finally able to get us one at a good price.

    The place was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The day we were arriving to the property we found out the golf cart was not going to be available. The golf cart was one of the reasons we rented the home. We were dissatisfied with not having the golf cart, I would have looked else where. We were unable to rent one due to them being all booked. Otherwise everything was perfect.

    We had a great stay!! This property well exceeded our expectations. The golf cart was an extra added bonus that made traveling back and forth to the pool easy and fun. The location of this property was just 15-20 minutes from Panama City Beach, where we spent most of our time with the kids (mini golf, museums, zoo’s and tons of fun restaurants). Overall it was a wonderful stay and the home was so relaxing with more than enough space and everything we needed. We’ll be back!

    We stayed here for a week with 4 adults, 2 teens, and 3 young children. We had more than enough room! The house was immaculate and stocked with everything needed. Beds were cozy, kitchen held plenty of necessities, and the golf cart addition was a godsend. The neighborhood itself is cozy and well-kept, with a gorgeous pool area and playground. This place is perfect for families! Will definitely stay here again!
