Please do not allow your dogs to jump up onto the beds or couches. If the dogs are accustomed to being allowed on the furniture at home, please bring blankets to protect the surfaces. We are pet lovers but we are protecting our guests who rent our home because we do not allow pets to protect them due to allergies. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is detected, reported or found on the premises it can cause an immediate eviction from the owner, and the guest’s rent and deposit will be forfeited along with a $500 fine. Please be upfront and don't just try to sneak a pet in.brbr----- MECHANICAL FAILURES -----brbrMechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. However, Palmetto bugs (look like roaches) are impossible to keep out 100% in southern states especially with doors opening and closing frequently. It is rare you will see one, but if you do they are easy to dispose of and a refund will not be provided. If you feel there is an excessive issue of any kind please notify us and we will have our exterminator at home within 24 hours to address your concerns. brbrBeach chairs, cart, umbrella, towels, and small sand toys will be provided! Some bicycles & kayaks will also be provided to be used at your own risk. A charcoal grill will also be available for your convenience. You assume full liability for use of any of these items, including the hot tub and pool. We will do our best to keep these items in good working condition for every guest. However, condition is not guaranteed and refund will not be offered if any of these items are not in working order.
