Great location, responsive host, great amenities

Nice spaces, comfortable beds, good sized hottub and it was a nice hot temp, included bath/shower soaps, safe quiet neighborhood, easy walk to beach

Positive: great location/beach access, good parking area, hot tub, great outdoor seating, large rooms, nicely appointed.Negative: only 1 garbage bag, needed frig filter & no propane for fire pit. Contacted iTrip agents who were very responsive! However, they had to contact the 'property mgr' to remedy the issues. We never rec'd any of the items & were forced to purchase garbage bags, toilet paper, etcOverall, we'd come back!

All the welcome amenities were lovely. The home was fully stocked and I really appreciated that the check out procedures were reasonable. Location was amazing and the home was clean and beautiful. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay. The house was adorable. The layout was great. Enjoyed the hot tub and great patio area. Fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. Just a short little walk or bike ride to the beach.

We LOVED our stay. The location was prefect... quiet, warm waking distance to the beach and oh so comfy!! Our contact David was awesome to work with and quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend. We will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay—the house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and in a great location to the beach. We would definitely consider returning, especially in hopes that the air conditioning issue we experienced was just a one-off.That said, we did run into a few problems. Some were addressed quickly, while others remained unresolved (ac, and TV remote). The biggest challenge was the air conditioning unit, which made a very loud noise throughout our stay. I reported it within 24 hours of arrival (including a video so the sound could be heard), but unfortunately the issue was never fully resolved. While the temperature inside stayed comfortable, the noise was disruptive enough to be heard inside the house and even by neighbors, who kindly stopped by to check in.On a positive note, the neighbors were absolutely lovely, which added to the overall experience.

Cute and quiet neighborhood. The location is fantastic! Can walk to the beach and resturants within 5 minutes! Comfortable beds and enough seating for a family of 4. Hoping to use this place again in the near future!

Tropical Escape was awesome! The location was perfect with a private beach access in the neighborhood about 10 houses down. The layout of the house was perfect. I don’t think it could’ve been any cleaner or organized. The kitchen was very well appointed and the gas -5 burner stove did not disappoint. The backyard was spacious and great for our furbabies, with plenty of room for hanging out and dining. And then there was the relaxing hot tub. This is a classic Florida beach home from the 50's with a high quality renovation to bring it up to modern standards. The bed was comfy and lots of good pillows to choose from. Really - I can’t think of any constructive criticism. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would rent again.

This is our second time staying at this property. We love it!!! The house is very clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained. The backyard is spacious, with plenty of room for hanging out and dining. And then there is the relaxing hot tub. Our favorite restaurants are nearby. And most importantly, the beach is just steps away. We did have a minor problem with the AC during our stay, but a simple text to the management team, and the problem was quickly fixed. They are friendly and super fast in getting back to you should a problem arise. Thank you again for an awesome time. We will definitely be back!

Very nice little house on the quiet side of St Augustine, away from the crazy tourist traffic and a short walk to one of the widest beaches in Florida. This is a classic florida beach home from the 50s with a very high quality renovation to bring it up to modern standards. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

First thing I can say, is Clean, clean, clean! The house was spotless, with plenty outside seating. Good set up on the bedrooms, and very comfortably beds. Kitchen is great, especially the stove! It’s ?, if cooking a meal in. The beach is right at the end of the street—no roads to cross! And lots of restaurants nearby. The ITrip team was wonderful to work with!

We are having a great visit, the home is comfy and we are gathering literature for your future guests. I’m a FL gal but have some northern family with me and we are doing all the wonderful tourist things. Its fun! I last visited the Alligator Farm 45 years ago - what an incredible change, they are growing and caring for so many species of critters. Can’t ride the giant tortoise anymore! Anyway, the home is wonderfully located. We walk to the beach everyday- even in the wind! I have a small list of things I’d like addressed that are not worth mentioning here.

This house was everything it said it was. We had zero issues, but the few questions we had were handled so fast. ITrip has a text number that responds quickly and it's a real person. We are seriously considering only booking with ITrip bc the customer service is so much better than vacasa, vrbo, ect. Thank you Itrip

Tropical Escape was awesome. This newly renovated home was perfect for our getaway. The home was nicely decorated, the kitchen well stocked, and everything was clean. The fenced in backyard was a good size, complete with a hot tub and firepit, and a nice spacious outdoor dining and sitting area. Location was perfect to local restaurants and shopping. And the beach was just a short walk to the end of the block. Thank you for sharing your home with us and hope to come back in the near future.

We would definitely rent this house again! Great neighborhood, easy beach access at the end of the street. Easy in and out and easy access fo downtown and some good local restaurants nearby. The back yard is great for pups, the grilly worked great as did the hottub

Great location , home was beautiful and clean !

Rented home to evacuate from Helene with 3 young children, the pictures do not do this home justice. Property management group went above and beyond to accommodate us. Surprised to find beach was within walking distance in neighborhood. Will definitely book again, would give 10 stars if possible.
