Luxury Home Steps to Beach! 4 Masters, Firepit, Ping Pong, Putting Green, EV charger, Balconies, ADA

Our stay was absolutely perfect, even though it was unexpectedly colder weather. The ping pong table and putt-putt golf provided hours of entertainment for all ages (5 up to 73!), backyard fire pit was perfect for s’mores, the grill made dinners easy to please everyone, and the couch could accommodate our entire group! The backyard porch furniture was beyond comfortable and provided great views of the waves. The interior was decorated well and the fireplace was loved by all ages. The elevator worked well and was key for our family. It is just a mile or two to get to St. Augustine and the house is close to a delicious coffee shop and Publix. Don’t wait, book this house now! We will definitely be back.

Good Vibes Villa is a beautiful home. Each year we travel to a destination to reconnect with old friends. This was just the spot for us. We had a partial view of the ocean and you could hear the waves from either of the decks. The back deck was our favorite. There is plenty of space in this property to gather as a group or to have some alone time. It is a nice feature that every bedroom has its own bathroom which provides privacy. Our group enjoyed the ping pong table with some competitive tournaments. Checking in was easy and ITrip was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit St. Augustine.

The host was very accommodating to my needs. They were always available if I had a question or request. The property was beautifully decorated and well maintained. The house was extremely comfortable. It was the best Christmas family gathering!

Beautiful home!!! Very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds. Minutes from beach walking. Kitchen perfectly stocked. Wish they had some more bath towels and the pullout couch in master only had a twin fitted sheet. Had to go to all rooms trying to find extra pillows for the pullout beds. The elevator was broken and never got fixed. My mother in law couldn’t come because she couldn’t go up stairs. But would stay again!! Hopefully next time the elevator is fixed. Perfect location if you want to go into town. But not be in the craziness of the town.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for our large family group, spacious clean, beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Everyone had their own private space and there was also plenty of areas to all gather together and relax. The puzzles were a hit with everyone. The proximity to the beach and historic downtown was great! Communication with hosts was fantastic. Can’t recommend this villa enough!

This is a beautiful home very close to a beautiful beach. Our family very much enjoyed our time there.

Pretty much perfect… the home, convenience to the beach, amenities, cleanliness, communication, etc. the home sets up nicely for a large crowd… two washers/dryers, multiple porches, FOUR bedrooms with bathrooms, etc. Most of the rooms had beach views. Would definitely rent again. There was no aspect of this home that wasn’t perfect. We had a family of four and my parents in their 70s. We all agreed!

This was the perfect house for our family of nine! Extremely well maintained and very well stocked!

We were hosting 3 couples, all of who lived out of state. This house was perfect in every way. There are 4 large bedrooms, each with a private bath. We had three cars, and there was ample off street parking in the driveway. The beach is just a short distance from the house. Amenities include everything that you would expect, but also beach umbrellas, beach towels, and a beach cart. There is an elevator, which was very nice to get people and luggage to the 3rd floor bedrooms. There is a putting green and ping pong table, too! I cannot recommend this property enough!

This location is exceptional!! When I walked in I was amazed at the cleanliness and quality of the entire house. The appliances, the pictures on the walls, the decorations, the cabinets - ALL MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS IN A QUALITY HOME!! You can tell this is quality construction with superb maintenance. I felt like I was at home. We were at this unit for a family wedding in the area. We are now discussing a family reunion... we will be using this house if it's available. The house is in a great location with great access to the Vilano beach area, St Augustine and I-95. You will not regret using this house. THIS IS 5 STAR QUALITY!!

We absolutely loved Good Vibes Villa!!! A gorgeous home that was well-appointed with beautiful furnishings and a great floor plan. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and they provided beach chairs/towels. Best of all, it was so close to the beach! I have rented many beach houses over the years and this was my favorite. I highly recommend it!

Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay and were very happy with the house. The only slight hiccup, which was taken care of right away, was the information on requesting elevator access. Will recommend this rental to friends.

This is the nicest, cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Beautifully constructed craftsmanship style, and lovely interior design. Functionally a very well thought out design. Comfortable. Quiet. Bedrooms are separate so you don't hear other parties. Short walk to the beach. Easy walk to Publix and the Hampton Inn (where you can purchase trolley tickets and have them pick you up with a shuttle so you don't have to drive into St. Augustine), walkable to several eateries. Exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in St. Augustine Beach! The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, and we appreciated all the little touches that made our stay extra comfortable. This property was outstanding. Beautiful place with all the amenities a family would need, plus plenty of space for everyone there. Neighborhood was quiet and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Also only 30 minutes away from TPC Sawgrass course.

I highly recommend Good Vibes Villas!!! It exceeded all our expectations!! The house was very spacious, clean, great layout for multiple families and very comfortable. Provided every need for the kitchen, the bathrooms and outdoor activities. Easy beach access and great location close to Publix and any other needs!! Impressed with high quality products such as tissue paper, paper towels, etc. Probably one of the top rentals we have ever stayed in. The whole family is in agreement to definitely rent here again. And one very important aspect was they met all our needs for giving us a great experience and being available with quick correspondence to any questions we had. There’s no way you would be disappointed renting Good Vibes Villas!!

We had an incredible stay at both Good Vibes Villa and Vilano Sunrise Retreat! These two properties are perfectly situated back to back, connected by a convenient footbridge, which made it easy for our group of 15 to move between them. Both homes are impeccably appointed, with every amenity you could need for a seamless, comfortable stay. Our group often gathered at Vilano Sunrise Retreat, drawn by the breathtaking ocean views. The open and spacious kitchen and living room comfortably accommodated all of us for meals, games, and unforgettable moments together. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen fully equipped for all our needs. Both houses are truly luxurious, with beautiful furnishings and thoughtful details throughout. There is ample parking, and the location is ideal—you can easily walk to the nearby Publix grocery store and a charming shopping area. The beach is just a short two-minute walk from Sunrise, and the houses come well-stocked with beach chairs and towels. Plus, historic St. Augustine is only a quick drive or Uber ride away. Overall, these properties were perfect for our group, and we can't recommend them highly enough. If you're considering a stay here, just do it—you won't be disappointed!

Gracious and beautifully decorated home meet the needs of our whole family from the toddler to the great grandparent. Super clean throughout and every bedroom with an en-suite bath made it perfect for the entire group. Beach was beautiful and very close to walk.
