Oceanfront! Luxury Home, Waterfront to Ocean and Inlet, Brand New, Custom, Gourmet Kitchen, Arcade!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous oceanfront home. House was very clean and well-appointed. Great space for us with 4 kids 5 and under since it has 2 separate living area and a game room. We spent most of our time on the incredible porches overlooking the ocean. Highly recommend

Just wrapped up our stay at this Vilano Beach property booked through VRBO, and it was exactly what we needed. The location is hard to beat. It's quiet, tucked away from the crowds, but still close enough to everything in St. Augustine. Morning walks along the beach quickly became a favorite routine, and the views never got old. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. You can tell the owners and iTrip care. Everything we needed was there, and it made settling in effortless. The space worked great for relaxing after long days out, and it had that easy, coastal feel you hope for when you book a beach trip. A couple small things could be improved (as is the case anywhere), but nothing that took away from the overall experience. If you’re looking for a laid-back beach stay with convenience and charm, this property and Vilano Beach is a great choice. We’d absolutely come back.

Great property and location.

Dream beach home. Our family enjoyed the views and the easy access to the beach for our morning walks. We were also very happy to spend New Years Eve in the home and surprised when we saw the fireworks display from the 3rd floor terrace. The home is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed the details throughout. Please let us know if you ever decide to sell the home. Some minimal constructive criticism. 1) instructions on how to use the dishwasher. 2) place a chair in the 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor. 3) all purpose cleaner to clean surfaces in the kitchen.

The host did not seem welcoming and the amenities were very limited.

We rented this home for our family for my son’s wedding. It was the perfect house to relax after a fun wedding in St. Augustine. The house is gorgeous. Every room is beautiful. Such thought went into this home with the decor. The top deck was the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine and listen to the waves and watch the sunset and then coffee in the morning with the sunrise. It was quiet and there is no through traffic going by the house. Honestly, we want to buy the house. We loved it that much. Will definitely come back.

Our large family loved everything about this beautiful home. It had gorgeous water views and we practically lived on the 2 decks while we were there. The decks are practically outdoor living rooms; perfect for eating meals, watching storms come across the ocean, and watching all the activity on the beach. The house was beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys that came with the house too. It was also very easy to get to downtown St. Augustine and the pier for fishing. We had a wonderful vacation in this home and would really love to return.

Everyone in our party absolutely loved this property. Exceeded our expectations in every way.Very, very clean and spacious. The view from both covered decks was our favorite gathering place.

My daughter graduated from Flagler College and we wanted something nice on the beach for her and our family for the weekend. The location and view is beautiful. The home is unbelievable! The decor, the outdoor furniture were all wonderful. We loved the levels because everyone had privacy. Property manager Ryan was so nice. We met him at check-in and he was so easy to work with. Shout out to Alexus as well. Spoke with her on the phone and she was very helpful. The house was everything and more than we expected. Everything we need for the beach as well. Pictures cannot do it justice. I would love to come back!!

The property is amazing and exceeded our expectations. There wasn’t one thing we could think of as a negative. Plenty of room for 3 adult couples and two teens, awesome views, place has everything. Would absolutely there again.

Beautiful, clean, well stocked home! When I say convenient to everything, I mean it. Grocery store a couple of blocks, plenty of restaurants and sightseeing within a short drive, and the beach just across drive. Absolutely loved entire stay!

The house was beautiful with an amazing ocean view! Would definitely return to stay in this home. The game room was a hit with the kids. The kitchen was well equipped to cook. The only thing is they didn’t have any seasonings or oils like some houses do when people leave things behind. So I would recommend bringing some or there is a Publix nearby. The location of this home was perfect as it was a quiet area but such a short drive into downtown area and all the touristy things to do.

We had an incredible stay at both Good Vibes Villa and Vilano Sunrise Retreat, rented both together! These two properties are perfectly situated back to back, connected by a convenient footbridge, which made it easy for our group of 15 to move between them. Both homes are impeccably appointed, with every amenity you could need for a seamless, comfortable stay. Our group often gathered at Vilano Sunrise Retreat, drawn by the breathtaking ocean views. The open and spacious kitchen and living room comfortably accommodated all of us for meals, games, and unforgettable moments together. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen fully equipped for all our needs. Both houses are truly luxurious, with beautiful furnishings and thoughtful details throughout. There is ample parking, and the location is ideal—you can easily walk to the nearby Publix grocery store and a charming shopping area. The beach is just a short two-minute walk from Sunrise, and the houses come well-stocked with beach chairs and towels. Plus, historic St. Augustine is only a quick drive or Uber ride away. Overall, these properties were perfect for our group, and we can't recommend them highly enough. If you're considering a stay here, just do it—you won't be disappointed!

Beautiful, clean, spacious home. Great location near town, but away from the crowds. It had everything we needed, from fully stocked kitchen to extra blankets and umbrellas.The owners have thought of everything, One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

This beach house was absolutely fabulous!! From location, to furnishings, to the communication with the property manager, everything was great! We had extended family staying at another rental down the street, after getting a tour of ours they said next time they will definitely be renting this home! Can’t say enough great things!

Our family had an amazing time staying at the Vilano Sunrise Retreat house! My toddler grandson had a great time at the property and loved the beach. We all appreciated the walk over to the beach being close and short. Views of beach amazing! This beautiful house was stocked with everything that made our stay so comfortable and unforgettable. The iTrip team was great communicating quickly regarding any questions. We all look forward to coming back!!
