It is located between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on the Scenic 30A and a short 5 minute walk to the beach and a 2 minute walk to the swimming pools. brbrThe carriage house is set on 2 floors with downstairs being an open plan living area with kitchen boasting brand new modern appliances, cooktop and cooking utensils, granite tops, double-door fridge with an ice-maker and water filter.
