Modern cottage, short walk to Alys/Rosemary/private beach access

Th Mustique carriage house was a perfect stay for 2 people. It was clean, bright and spacious. The location is absolutely perfect- extremely close to the community pool (which is beautiful) and just a quick walk from the town center. Laura was a wonderful host, answering me right away when there were a few bumps in the road and finding quick solutions. Would love to stay again!

Great place! The location is prefect for biking and walking all over. Beach chairs and umbrella to use for beach trips was great. Outdoor shower (with out a door, hang a towel for privacy) was so nice too. Upstairs was breezy and comfortable little tree house room tucked away in a cute neighborhood.

Beautiful home!

The rental met our needs well … the bed was comfy and the location was excellent.

We had a wonderful time. The home is located in a wonderful spot. While small, it is well laid out and very comfortable, perfect for a couple. A pleasant, short walk to town. The home was neat and clean on arrival. Entry into the house was seamless. We will be back.

We loved it here. Our pet was welcome and very happy. We would definitely return.

Good location right in the middle between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach

This is an amazing site and the host’s are super accommodating.

Light and bright cottage perfect for 1-2 people. Had everything I needed for a week getaway. The pool and beach are a short walk about and both rosemary and Alys beaches are also about a 10 minute walk in each direction. It was nice to have beach chairs and towels and a little outdoor shower to rinse off. The back patio backs up to some palm tree like shrubs so you have a lot of privacy. There is also a small balcony off the bedroom. The kitchen had everything I needed.

The whole unit with beautifully done and very well appointed. Very neat and organized. Appreciated the full size fridge with ice maker. Our host was very accommodating and excellent communication.

We really enjoyed the trip. It was great to find a house that was the perfect size for my wife and I.

My stay did not take place. Last year there was an unexpected death in my family and I was unable to stay during our original requested nights. The host was gracious enough at the time to let me know that we could find future dates that mutually worked for her and us. When I reached out a few months later asking about certain dates she became irate and said no and that she would pick whatever dates worked for her, not consulting me on the dates. She then continued to move around my reservation to whatever dates she needed to change it to. Last she picked a night in November. She then suddenly selected a random day and moved the reservation to check in same day. Did not inform or consult me. I am not local to the area, so was obviously not able to show up with hours notice.

Great property in such a great location. Less than a block walk to the pool and a 6 minute walk to the beach (also shuttle option). We walked or biked everywhere our entire stay. Property also backs up to a little neighborhood park that had some cute neighborhood beach cats that we befriended. Highly recommend.

The place was lovely. Pool could not have been any better my fav.

My daughter and try to annually make this a long weekend. We love the convenience of the property to the beach and dining. Very clean, great neighborhood, very safe, and great walk ability.

What a great place for a cozy couple get away! I wish we could’ve stayed longer! Perfect location! Pool and beach outstanding w short walking distances or tram shuttle. Personally thought the floors and tub could use a good scrub but all in all an excellent stay.

Laura and Anthony’s cottage is the absolute best place to stay when visiting 30A! Very clean, they provide everything you may need, nicely tucked away making you feel like your an island retreat! Less than a 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. Property is very close to a beautiful community pool and is a short walk or tram ride to a beautiful beach. Lovely area - so quaint and upscale. Wonderful hosts - great communication and very accommodating. The cottage was perfect for our 3 week beach vacation.

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful modern carriage house in Seacrest Beach! The home was stylish, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The private beach access was a huge plus, making it easy to enjoy the stunning coastline. Perfect location near Rosemary Beach with great restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

I proposed to my girlfriend here and she said yes! What a great place to do it. So clean, comfortable, dog friendly, perfect location and close to everything. Would love to stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding and couldn’t have found a more perfect place. Everything was clean and tidy and check-in was a breeze. Our little dachshund appreciated the bowls and placemat there for him too. We look forward to returning soon!

We (2) and our dog had a great stay at one beautiful clean rental that has a fantastic Neighborhood to go along with terrific lodging . The community pool with a bar / restaurant was a big plus for us. Laura owner / management is very accommodating to guest needs . A real sweet Lady . A 10

The carriage house is adorable. It is a short walk to the main Seacreast pool and is also between (2) tram stops to the beach. Looking forward to a second stay in the future.
