Great proximity to beach with back up heated pool! Easy walking distance to cute shops and restaurants.

Beautiful views and sunsets! Walk to shopping and dining. Owners were very responsive to questions. Unit is spacious, updated and has good TV’s! We look forward to returning.

Great stay here! We've stayed in this area many times, including in the same Sunset Beach development, and this was our favorite spot yet. Good layout, easy access to beach/pool, plenty of space and very well maintained. Had reason to contact the owner (not property related) and he was very helpful and accommodating.

The view of the Gulf was fantastic. Easily walkable to shopping and dinning. Unit was very clean and well equipped for cooking. All in all we had a wonderful time.

The beach view was amazing. The condo was beautiful and met our every need. We will be back. It is walking distance to so many neat places

Absolutely fantastic location and condo, the communication was perfect from start to finish. We loved all the amenities and the balcony is pure magic. We’d absolutely stay here again without hesitation except the Seacrest public/private beach situation is completely out of control - and there’s this teeny tiny patch of beach for hundreds of homes to setup your own stuff without paying hundreds for the chair service, which is also 6-7 rows deep and crowded. I hate this for these property owners as it’s out of their control, but we won’t be back to this party of 30a until they get this fixed.

Condo is Amazing!!Beach area WAY too crowded. Very disappointing that we tried making chair reservations and 4th row back or no availability at all was all available on days there. Luckily condo had 4 chairs and a broken umbrella so we would get u at crack of dawn and reserve our front row (almost in water) spot. When we went for walk unfortunately people would line up chairs and umbrella right in front of us completely blocking our view etc. Beach is beautiful early morning before crowds. Again Cousins condo is amazing. Beach in front of condo is not private. It is open to public and tons of people are allowed access right in front of condo. Both sides of this small strip are managed by umbrella/chair vendors taking up much of the beach space.

After 7 years of coming to 30a THIS was our favorite condo yet! We are booking for next year now! The location is perfect. Walkable to Alys beach and Rosemary with an easy 1/2 mile walk. The views from the large porch is worth every penny! Loved it!

Fantastic location & incredible ocean views! It’s a rare gem to be on the waterfront at 30a. This condo has it all. Beautiful interiors & great kitchen & very spacious condo. Takes 2 mins to walk to beach & pool. Very close proximity to Rosemary & our favorite restaurant, George’s. Highly recommend!

This condo and location on 30A are absolutely exceptional! And can we talk about the balcony…Shazam!! I have been traveling to 30A for over 20 years and I have never fallen asleep on the balcony of any property and I did it twice at this location!! Superb! The property owners are quick to respond and assist with any question you might have. Excellent communication with owner, beautiful decor, great beds, easy parking, and you can walk to so many places to shop and dine. This place is perfect! Not enough stars to rate this property. Thank you, Cousins Cabana, for the stay of a lifetime.

The property was lovely, plenty of room for our family. Great location on the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants. Mild confusion at the outset as our check in instructions were not sent prior to our day of arrival. The Host was out of the country traveling, which was fine, but it would have been helpful for us to have been notified and given an alternative contact.

This place is bigger than it looks in pictures and has a phenomenal location. Just steps from the beach! Was great they had beach chairs! Was a great little weekend getaway for our family!

Location is A, spacious living room, comfortable beds, gorgeous style, room on patio for 6. The easy access to pool and beach made us feel spoiled, and this host has thought of everything! Febreeze, extra dishwasher tablets, make-up washcloths, the list goes on with things I never expected! And communication with host was stellar! I will be back to Cousins Cabana for sure!

My family and I were celebrating my 65th birthday and we took my 18 month grandson to the beach for his first time It was a perfect place and we couldn’t have asked for more. Will definitely plan to stay there again

The condo is very spacious and is so relaxing! The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is very large. We spent most of our time on the outdoor patio enjoying looking at the water. It is so easy to walk to everything or ride bikes. We chose to ride our bikes everywhere and our kiddo loved it. The only thing I would recommend letting guests know is that there are no beach towels, and they will need to supply those themselves. At other vacation rentals where we have stayed, there were some coffee grounds that could hold you over until you purchased what you wanted. At this rental, there weren't any coffee grounds, which is not a big deal but something we have not run into before.Last, you can hear other families at the pool or running around outside, even at 9 PM at night, and before 6 AM. Our son is old enough that it was not a problem, but could be or families with smaller children. Overall, great stay! We would definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located condo! The space was clean, well-equipped, and perfectly suited for our family, including young kids and grandparents. The layout was comfortable and spacious, allowing everyone to feel at ease. The highlight, of course, was the stunning gulf view—it was absolutely breathtaking and made our mornings and evenings extra special. Being close to local attractions and restaurants was a huge plus, and the beach access was incredibly convenient. We highly recommend this condo for families looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

The only issue we had was the confusion regarding lockbox & transponders. We never had to use a lockbox (the attendant retrieved the fobs for us). So, sending pictures of this lockbox in a PDF was misleading. Also, the instructions on the fridge & in the initial email sent on 10-7 talked about transponders & key fobs. & how there would be a $100 charge if we lost them. So, that was confusing. The rest of the stay was incredible. I cooked a Thanksgiving meal & other than no spices or coffee the kitchen was very accommodating. We will for sure be back. The view was incredible. & the price was very affordable for this large 3 bedroom 3 bath condo.

The building and property was very nice! The decor was pretty and comfortable. Our complaints were the housekeeping requirements, stripping all used beds and taking trash clear down to a trash center in the parking lot. It’s a lot to clean for the fee we’re charged. But mainly because it was not fully cleaned: dirt around edges of bedroom carpet, dirty ring in master toilet, dirty glass with a toothbrush in it, a dirty tissue and pen on the floor of a bedroom. Stains in frig under the glass drawers. Overall the unit was clean, it just needs a good deep clean. We loved the living room and the balcony was comfy with a beautiful view!

The view of the ocean/beach was fantastic! The kitchen is very nice and has very adequate dishes, pans etc. The only minor issues we had were with the toilet in the 2nd bedroom which is not filling up and flushing properly. The toilet lid in the hallway bathroom needs to be replaced. I would give the unit a 4.7 of 5

The condo was fantastic. Beautifully decorated, wonderful view and the owner/real estate agent was wonderful to work with. We liked the idea of being able to walk into Rosemary to the gym, and breakfast at Cowgirl Kitchen every morning. We hope to return next year.
