Shore Beats Work vacation home is Coastal Beach living at its finest! When you enter, you are immediately greeted by high end, well thought out, finishes with it's beautiful décor, one of a kind artwork, engineered wood flooring, and granite counter tops. The kitchen enhances your luxurious living with an amazing chefs style five burner gas cook top, over-sized fridge, food pantry, full size dishwasher, large capacity washer and dryer and family size Farm Style dining table. The open living and dining areas have high 10’ ceilings with plenty of windows for a bright, spacious feel that makes Relaxing and Entertaining easy.There is a half bath on the first floor. The Master suite offers a king-sized bed, double closet, a private master bath with double vanity and large shower. The second and third bedrooms offer a queen and twin over full bunks. These bedrooms share a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Each Bedroom has its own TV and blu ray player.

Shore Beats Work is close to the resort style pool, and is just a short drive or bike ride to the scenic dunes and unspoiled beauty of nearby Deer Lake State Park and beach access. Your Vacation Home is located in the town of Prominence which is a 30A hotspot, and offers the best resort lifestyle. The amenities included in Prominence are a 5,000 sq. ft. pool with cabanas and a community grilling area offering 2 large grills surrounding the poolside. Enjoy your getaway experience at the outdoor amphitheater, shopping, or relaxing around the fireplace on the community screened porch.

Golf cart rentals are allowed ONLY through 30A Gulf Carts. 30A Gulf Carts and the HOA have a contract to allow a limited number of golf cart rentals on a first come, first served basis.

    This year we prioritized having a heated pool and the one at Prominence did not disappoint! We loved the easy access to the bike path and the Big Chill. The condo was very well appointed and we found that we had everything we needed. Great location!

    Lovely condo. Very comfortable and quiet area. Easy access to surrounding places all along 30A.We are repeat visitors.

    The condo was perfect for our family vacation with four little ones. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The one drawback is that there is no public beach within a walkable distance. The beach across the street is private, so you need to plan on having a golf cart or driving to the public beach access.

    The decor and accommodations were wonderful! Everything was clean. The master has dark drapes for sleeping in the other two rooms had just blinds. Beds were very comfortable. The north pool is across the street behind The Big Chill.. that was a little tricky to find. Only downside that we didn’t realize was the pools were crowded and there was no easy beach access. We drove to Deer Lake State Park to get to the beach. The rental had no bikes so you’d need to spend a lot more to rent a golf cart or bikes or drive to find beach access. If you just want a peaceful getaway with convenient food across the street - this place is perfect!

    This unit and the location were perfect for our family retreat. The spaces were so refreshing and clean - we felt very comfortable and at home. The area is safe and the Hub was entertaining for our entire family.
