Guests of YOLO enjoy access to Rosemary Beach’s exceptional amenities, including a private beach (with the option to host beach bonfires through RB), a well-appointed fitness center with classes such as yoga and massage services, three outdoor community pools, a heated indoor pool, and the beloved Rosemary Beach Racquet Club featuring eight lighted Har-Tru clay courts. YOLO Main House

The main house offers four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and relaxation. Upon entering, you’re welcomed by a stylish foyer with custom artwork and storage for your everyday beach essentials. An elevator services all three levels, making it easy to move luggage, groceries, and vacation gear throughout the home.

The first floor features a serene King guest suite with a luxury mattress, en-suite bathroom, and peaceful views of the pool, spa, and ocean beyond—perfect for guests who prefer easy access to the outdoor living space. A charming bunk room nearby includes two Twin XL over Twin XL bunks, a private en-suite bath, and Smart TV, making it ideal for kids or teens. A full laundry room is also located on this level with direct access to the private courtyard.
