Charming carriage house studio, with nice furnishings and comfy bed. Very quiet location, steps from the beach and a few short blocks to cafes, restaurants and shops. The hostess was very responsive. I look forward to a future visit to Rosemary beach and staying here again.

The carriage house was quaint and nice. Perfect for a 3 night get-away. Location was amazing. Rode bikes to stores, restaurants and shopping. Short distance to beach access and especially the emerald water and white sand fantastic weather made it perfect!

We’ve stayed at this rental 3 or 4 years in row and I think that speaks for itself. Our kids are still very young. I like having a pullout couch that they find comfortable. They tend to not stay in bedrooms in unfamiliar places if they’re in a separate room. I like not having to share our bed, so it works really well for us. Eventually, they will outgrow it. This rental is perfect for couples or families with kids that won’t stay in their own rooms yet. Some of my favorite things are the location (close to the beach, pool, shopping, and restaurants), it’s clean, it’s comfortable, and there’s enough space to make food and not have to eat every meal out. More specifically, I really like the bed. I often don’t sleep well in rentals but this bed feels like home. I’m also not a fan of walking into a rental that smells like Febreeze, air fresheners, or strong chemicals. The bed linens are on par with what I would buy for my own home. The beach toys, chairs, umbrella, etc are incredibly convenient. There is an iron, a hair dryer, coffee maker, and necessary kitchen appliances/utensils. I really think the number of perfect reviews speaks for itself. Alisa is kind, responsive, and easy to work with. I would book this listing without any hesitation.

My wife and I had an absolutely amazing two nights in Rosemary Beach, staying in this cottage! Alisa was extremely attentive and very quick to respond to any questions I had, including general recommendations on where to eat and what to do in the area. Check in was a breeze. The cottage itself is a dream. No frills, just extremely clean and everything you need for a couple nights of the best sleep you will have... just steps from the beach and the incredible community swimming pool. Beach towels, chairs, toys and bikes were all accessible and free to use in the garage. Steps from the Pearl Hotel and all the great restaurants of RB. We enjoyed a cup of freshly ground/brewed whole bean fair trade coffee on the little balcony every morning. Overall, a lovely experience.

The perfect place for a solo vacation! I felt very safe and comfortable. The location is perfect, with the pool right across the street and the beach just steps away. The square is close, too...easy to walk up for a cup of coffee in the morning. Alisa was very responsive and provided everything I needed. I hope to visit, again!

I gave the representation of the property 3 stars because they actually undersold the property! The host might lose out on revenue because the place is much nicer than the pictures show!

Location! Location! Location! This place is a 5 min walk from everything! It is far enough from the hotels that there aren’t a ton of people near the closest beach access! The place was clean. The bed was comfy. The beach chairs and umbrella saved us 80 a day in rentals. The host was responsive and super nice! We had a great stay!!

It was perfect for me for a vacation by myself. Very close to the beach and had everything I needed.

We had the most amazing time at the condo, location was AMAZING, host is very kind and condo was clean. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking to stay close to the beach. Restaurants were few minutes away, beach was 3 min walk or so and we didn’t even have to leave the area to enjoy our stay I hope to come back and enjoy it in the future

This place was very reasonably priced for a reason. I don’t want to be totally disparaging because it truly is in a prime location within the Rosemary Beach property but that’s where it ends. The decor leaves much to be desired, not light and airy and beachy in the slightest. There was a funny smell from the moment we entered the property that I think was from the fact the air vents have not been cleaned in what has to be years. The dust on the filters was so thick I ended up getting sick from the air quality bc I have a terrible allergy to dust. There were several roaches that we killed in the bathroom. The shower curtain despite multiple efforts would not hang on the hooks provided. The refrigerator was less than ideal. It was so small we couldnt store wine or beer and it had no freezer or ice maker so we had to go buy ice each morning for our beach cooler. The garden space looked like something time forgot. There were weeds and dead flowers and a rusted old fan under the stairs. Just not at all matching the lovely aesthetic of the surrounding properties. The mattress from the pull out couch lurched backward at the head so my husband had a terrible week of sleep. I feel badly leaving a poor review bc the host was very communicative and responsive and I’m sure is a lovely person but she does not care for this property whatsoever.

The property was wonderful! Exactly as described if not better. The casita was adorable, very comfortable for the 2 of us and well appointed. The host was very responsive and delightful. And the location is exactly what we wanted-close to everything! We highly recommend and hope to return.

We loved Alisa's place! It was the perfect size for 2 people. Parking for 1 car was easy, and the location to the beach/town was perfect. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the closest beach access. She had extra towels, beach chairs, etc. to borrow which was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Property was in a great location and very cute! Perfect for our quick getaway. Very nicely decorated, very clean. We thought about using the bikes, but ended up walking everywhere. The neighborhood is excellent, we enjoyed strolling on the beach and to dinner. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Rosemary Beach.

The perfect weekend getaway!! Great location to center of town. This cozy carriage house had everything we needed. It was quiet and comfortable. Just a short walk or bike ride to town square. Pool within steps of the front door and beach access one block away. This was our first time to Rosemary Beach and we were so impressed we have already said we will be back for sure. We felt so lucky to have found this absolute gem of a place to stay.

Enjoyed our stay here, parking is tight if you have a large vehicle but no complaints

We loved our stay here! A very short walk to the beach and a quick walk to restaurants. Alisa is so sweet and easy to get ahold of. Clear communication prior to arriving as well as helpful details once we got there. My husband and I spent celebrated our Babymoon here and it was perfect for a couple's getaway.

It was the perfect location for me and my mom, short walk to the beach and everything Rosemary Beach had to offer. We would definitely stay there again!

The property is just as it looks. Very clean, phenomenal location and it includes everything you’ll need for the beach and a great experience. Alisa was great to work with!

Stay was nice and did the job to be near the beach. Had everything you could need to stay for a few days. Only complaint is a man came to work on the main house starting on Monday and was there Tuesday as well. We weren’t given any warning of his arrival and he had ladders and stuff everywhere making it an obstacle course. Just wish there was more communication from owner. Other than that, definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay in Rosemary beach thanks in large part to our stay at Alisa's carriage house! The house is exactly as advertised and the additional amenities are a wonderful inclusion such as the beach chairs and bikes. You really are only a few minutes walk from a private beach or the downtown making excursions that much easier. We really enjoyed our time here and hope you do too!

Loved being in the heart of Rosemary

We loved staying in the carriage house. The location was only a few steps away from the beach, pool and town center. We used the bikes too, to see neighboring towns and state parks. Overall the week we stayed was very enjoyable. Oh and the bed was very comfortable! :)

I can not express how wonderful the accommodations and the perfect carriage house ever. The actual spot was beautiful, spotlessly clean, every detail and the most wonderful comforts of luxury. The location could not have been more perfect and just a wonderful wonderful experience. Access to bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas and so much more. I think it is just the most wonderful spot in the area. I hope to come back to this very spot every year! I am saving now for next year!! Thank you to the management/owners for allowing us to stay in this perfect little jewel in the heart of Rosemary Beach.

We love this rental. Rosemary beach is perfect for a family vacation. This particular rental is clean and so incredibly close to the beach and the pool. My kids are young and won’t stay in a room alone when visiting an unfamiliar place yet. Having a pullout couch is the perfect solution for our family. We’ve stayed here for the first week of October two years in a row. I think the fact that we rented the same place twice really says it all. I find the bed to be above average. I’m often bothered by chemical smells of cleaners and things like that, but this property is clean without smelling like something is being used to cover up unpleasant smells. The hostess is easy to communicate with, check-in is easy, and I can’t think of a single complaint. We hope to be back next year.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at Alisa’s cottage. Listing was exactly how described. The location could not have been better. Steps from the beach!! Such a quaint, quiet and beautiful area. This is a perfectly located cozy apartment. My husband and I stayed with our 2 boys and we were very comfortable. The apartment was clean and has everything you need. It’s a block away from the beach and pool. Very close to the restaurant s too.
