The place was super cute and perfect for our needs. Nice location and AC was a plus. I will say it felt a bit stingy that we only got 2 tide pods, 1 roll of paper towels, and no extra trash bags left for us so we had to make a separate trip out to buy more. The glassware was also sticky and not very clean. Overall was good besides those things.

We decided at the last minute to book a home for Memorial Day weekend and this home was available. Wow! We were so impressed with this home. The layout was perfect for our group of 14. We were a little hesitant to stay in this neighborhood because we always stay in Seacrest or Inlet closer to the beach. The location was quite and it is easy to access the main road. The only way thing that would have made it better would have been a large golf cart so we didn’t have to load our cars to go to the beach each time. Thank you for sharing you home!

We absolutely loved our time! The house was as described and had everything we could need for our long weekend. The location was great. Checkin could not have been easier. We easily used the tram to get to the beach. I would definitely recommend renting chairs for the beach as there were not any at the house (however, we knew that from the listing). The chair/bike rental company that comes with the house was also extremely convenient to work with/use. Would absolutely stay at the house again!

The home was just beautiful and the neighborhood was absolutely perfect for a vacation stay with my adult kids and families. The home was well appointed and very comfortable- and communication was good. We will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful house and lots of space.

The house was a great spot for vacation with kids! The neighborhood is quiet, low traffic, and close to the highway. The pool was super conveniently located. The tram service that runs was a bit frustrating but nice when it was running. Even without a tram you can walk to the beach within ten minutes so still doable without that service even with small kids!

We were a group of 13 women in our 50’s celebrating a 35 year class reunion. The house was perfect. It is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everyone loved it. (be sure the lock is closed on the trash can)

12 of us stayed at this house for a weekend and when we showed up the trash cans out front were filled to the brim. The management company did not answer multiple calls and voicemails regarding this inconvenient issue. The house was nice and brand new - no complaints there. After checkout, the management company billed us for 16 missing beach wrist bands. We checked out of the almost spotless house and can confirm there was a stack of wristbands on the counter. The management would not acknowledge that any wristbands were left there and refused to refund us any of the fee. They will not let us dispute the accusation that 12 of us left the property with all 16 wristbands which makes no sense in itself. I do not recommend leasing any property under the responsibility of the management company, Best Beach Getaways. Additionally, do not lease the beach carts from the management company's partner beach equipment rental place. The carts are not allowed on the beach and are a waste of money; the company falsely baits you into thinking these are a viable solution to bring equipment to the beach when they are not.

I didn’t get a response from the management team for 5 hours and by the time they responded they weren’t able to come until after our checkout. We spent the night unable to charge electronics and using flashlights to get around.
