There is no street to cross to get to the beach, once you walk out the back door to the pool area you are only a few feet away from the sand and beach. Emerald Isle is also conveniently located in the heart of Pensacola Beach, within walking distance of The Boardwalk, restaurants, boutiques, live entertainment, and the famous Pensacola Fishing Pier.brbrThis newly renovated unit sits on the 11th floor which is high enough to avoid hearing noise from the pool area when the sliding glass doors are open and also provide spectacular views in all directions of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound. The unit features granite countertops, tile throughout, new appliances and a new washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom a queen bed, and queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have new wall-mounted flat screen TV's, master bedroom has a Smart TV. The living room has a 55 inch Roku Smart TV. The living room and master bedroom have large sliding glass doors opening to the balcony with direct views overlooking the gulf and beach. Linens and towels along with extra are provided throughout the unit. Two wooden beach chairs with cushions and umbrella are included March - Oct. and reserved with this condo (a $30 per day value). Free WIFI is also included.
