Stayed Mar 22, 2025We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. The room was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool and hot tub but the beach was our happy place. Will definitely stay here again if we visit Pensacola Beach in the future.

Stayed Apr 10, 2024Smelled moldy when we entered. Condo needs updating- looks like style from late 1990s. No Smart TV- get ready to watch cable with commercials when you’re winding down at night. No way to connect. Did have wifi though. Mattress was horrible in master. Fell into the middle. Complained to management and they actually replaced the mattress. We were happily surprised and very thankful. No hairdryer, beach towels. It would be a plus if these were included since we flew in. The views were beautiful. 15th floor near the pier, so it definitely had that as a plus.

Stayed May 20, 2023The location is perfect, close to everything. The view is incredible, size is perfect. The condo itself is in need of updating especially the furniture, it’s very uncomfortable. The chest in guest room kept falls by over and ceiling fan in master quit the last night we were there. The plug in guest only the top worked. The coded door lock was great when it worked which usually took several try’s, maintenance had to be called one time because it wouldn’t lock from the outside. When we called the number given the girl was very nice but very hard to understand and she had trouble understanding us as well, also there was so much background noise it was almost impossible to hear her.

Stayed Dec 31, 2022arrived on new years eve./ code to parking lot did not work code to building did not work.called numerous times emailed were given many differant codes over the next 3 days non of them would work. So we spent new years eve and new years day in the condo not how i wanted to start the new year. we finally ran into a Southern employee on day 3 she gave us her code to use it worked for the parking lot and building but not for pool gate.every time we went to the beach we had to have someone else let us in. asked Southern for some comp for all our trouble said they would never heard back.. could have been cleaner shower curtain had mold.walls really scuffed fabric on counter stools really dirthy. location great pool and hot tub also great
