Lots of issues that I shared with rental company.

The location can't be beat! Right across the street from the beach and just a short walk to a beach access point. We were able to pack up our beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler each day and walk to the beach within 5-10 minutes. Local trolly (free) was close by and the Boardwalk was less than a mile away, another easy walk each night with lots of dining options! The property itself could use some updates. The sauna wasn't working, the unit is a bit outdated. Would be nice to have beach amenities available in the unit instead of having to order from beach rental company. Check in was a bit confusing as well, picture of where lock boxes are located would have been helpful. We had no parking passes for the first two days - but we were able to place a note in our vehicle until they could get them delivered. Communication is all done via text - but they are good about responding quickly!

Gorgeous view from balcony! Comfortable condo. Nice kitchen. King bed comfy. Quality linens and towels provided. Close walk to beautiful beaches! We visited in December, pretty quiet in the condo, but not sure we’d want to stay during peak season. Traffic noise could be an issue. Property mgmt. very responsive, didn’t have accurate code for entry but they responded promptly to texts. Enjoyed our December stay , just my husband and I - this property was fine for us.

It is a nice place and close to beach.

Condo was very clean and a close walk to beach, restaurants, and stores. We had a million dollars view of the morning sun coming up over the gulf. Property owner and the VRBO were quick to respond to questions. In all, we had a great stay visiting with friends and relatives.

This property was quiet, clean, very well kept and conveniently located. Beautiful views of the gulf, although the sunrise in mid-March was blocked by a neighboring building. It took our family about 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach due to the private property immediately across the road. There were great amenities in-building, and we were pleasantly surprised by the stash of board games/sand toys etc.The check-in/check-out process was simple and straightforward, and the company was communicative throughout our stay.

Loved the place would definitely stay there again. The ice maker was fantastic!

Nice clean well furnished place.

Overall, a good experience. However poor communication from Southern for our check-in. Basic needed information was not as provided as it should have been.

We enjoyed our stay. Had an issue not being able to get checked in right away, but other than that it was a great getaway. Property Manager was great. Beach was fabulous and not crazy busy which was perfect.

Just that we got locked out because they only supplied 1 key. After we got an extra key the next afternoon it was all really good. Shower broke and garbage disposal broke. Took a day to get that fixed but that could happen anywhere. All in all it was a great place, clean and everyone was really great to deal with. Place was awesome

Property was great! We were right across the road from the beach and walking distance from great restaurants and the pier. We greatly enjoyed it.
