Beautiful condo, absolutely stunning views. I will definitely book this condo again!! One elevator was out of commission which caused a slight delay coming and going but we still had a great vacation.

Perfect location and the view was spectacular on the 12th floor balcony. Had a small issue with check-in, but host was very accommodating and worked everything out to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was nicegetting in and out with codes not so nice did not work when we finally received themthink it might just be the community not owner or hostAll in all, had fun

A little trouble with the gate key. But it was handled by manager and she was very courteous to our needs. Had a great time. Thank you for the memories.

Great Place Mary Ann. Easy check in(once I found the text), clean, great view, well stocked kitchen stuff, pools were clean, a stones throw from the beach, free parking.

We traveled down from MN, the condo and hotel were awesome. The pool is a bit wore down, My only complaints is the security is difficult. The entrance is 6 digit. You need it for most activities pool, beach access to th parking lot and again into the building. It was a bit of a hassle to keep looking it up

Everything was just right. The condo was clean, well-maintained, and had everything that we needed. The view was spectacular. The beach was amazing with clear green-blue water and and powdery sand. It was a really nice vibe, as the people around us were mostly fellow families or well-behaved teens as opposed to unsupervised spring-breakers. The wagon/umbrella/chairs were a bonus! We would love to come back!

Very nice condo! We've stayed in this building four times now and this is our first day in this particular unit. Mary Beth was extremely helpful and answered every question that we had. Everything was as advertised. Will definitely be back. Joe S

It was great stay!! Host responded when needed, even though it was late hour thanks again! Only ran into parking QR code not working when we arrived. Nothing on the host at all! Would stay again! Condo was very nice & great view!

Pensacola is our families happy place and the fact that we found this condo on VRBO with such a fantastic owner we are so thrilled with our stay that we already booked for next year.

Hands down..the best bang for your buck. The condo is excellent. I promise you… we (my family) will be back. The pictures on the website… does not give it justice!! You can leave your vehicle(s) in parking lot and walk to all the entertainment you can handle. The beach is beautiful.. bring your sunglasses…because this is real white sand. THANKS AGAIN!! This condo was clean and nice. The view was amazing. I love the location and it was easy access to the beach. The owner is fantastic! She answered any and all of my questions. She let us extend our stay by a day. It was an overall a great experience.
