Enjoy amazing Gulf views from the comfort of this beautiful gulf front condo, steps away from the emerald green water and sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is professionally decorated and can comfortably sleep up to six guests. It features a full kitchen with granite countertops and seating for two at a breakfast bar. The living room is bright, surrounded by windows and is furnished with a comfortable couch, additional seating and a flat-screentv. There is a private balcony overlooking the beach with lounge seating.

Down the hall is a work space and bedroom with a queen-sized bed and flat-screen television. There is also a private bathroom in the hall featuring a bathtub/shower combo.

Ascend the winding staircase to find the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi tub, floor-to-ceiling windows and a door that opens to a private balcony overlooking the pristine emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo is equipped with Wi-Fi and a stacked washer and dryer.

You will receive two parking passes for your stay.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary daily beach chair setup consisting of two chairs and one umbrella from March - October, weather permitting.

Beach Club guests have access to the state-of-the-art fitness center, heated indoor pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and hot tub and luxurious spa.

While daily housekeeping service is not provided, the unit is stocked ONCE with the following amenities. Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.

The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.

    Place was perfect. Only problem is the neighbor was smoking the entire time so it made it hard to enjoy the property. The small of smoke outside was very strong then entire time.

    Great place to stay! We stayed here for my wedding week, so we had family all over the resort! This specific condo is the one where we stayed! It was clean and updated. It’s closer to the beach walk so that’s a plus, only downfall is the spiral staircase isn’t the best especially bringing luggage up and down and the bedding quilt feels like cardboard, and they have no extra blankets so I suggest bringing your own! Otherwise the condo itself is in a great location with walking distance to stores if needed! Has all the amenities you need. The description said there was a grill but we found out there isn’t on the smaller condos. Overall a good place to stay!

    So many things wrong with this unit it is hard to share the highlights... Master bed must be 20+ years old. Horrible to sleep on, furniture in the living room looks like it was purchased from Goodwill or a yard sale. Even the bikes at the office were in poor shape, our daughter was riding one and found out NO BRAKES! Save your money and stay next door at the Holiday Inn.

    I booked this property for myself and aging parents. My parents can do stairs, but a spiral staircase with a light that was out in the staircase led to my mother injuring herself. When we checked into the property we let the office know the light was out. There also some roaches in the unit. We saw them as soon as walked in. This may be due to the high moisture in the are. The condo is in a great location on the beach. You do have to park in front of the main building and walk around to the back to get to the property. My beach time was cut short due to my mom’s injury. The Condo is a great location. The unit is not met for people with disabilities or are aging. I feel the spiral staircase is a hazard because it is so narrow and steep.

    The location with its proximity to excellent restaurants was perfect for our family vacation. We loved the pool and beach access. The only negatives were the overflowing dumpsters on the property and the cockroaches. For the most part, the cockroaches were found on the balcony at night, but a few smaller ones ended up inside.

    If you're planning on impressing your family don't rent this condo. 1. Checkin process. - There were a line of people complaining while checking in. It showed me the incompetence of the hotel management. 2. Broken Toilet. - This should be something on the check list while cleaning the condo. Maintenance did come onsite & replace it. 3. Roaches. - All it takes is an exterminator. No telling how roaches were under the fridge & in the bathrooms. The females were disgusted & scared to leave anything out. 4. Broken appliances. - Dishwasher & coffee maker. They were probably built in the 80's. 5. Dirty Dishes. Someone had a good time cooking before us, too bad the dishes weren't clean when they put them up. Then again, the dishwasher was broken. 6. Electrical Switches. Was this place build downstairs for people with wheel chairs or with disabilities? That would have been nice to know. All the electrical switches a foot lower. 7. Furnishing. Spend a $1000 & have some one clean up the place. All the fixtures are loose. Bathrooms & Kitchen. 8. Furniture. It looks the owners of this condo picked up the furniture from down the street on a corner. Not comfortable & not inviting. The location was impressive. It's too bad the owner or management of the hotel have no clue how to run a business. I spent $618 a night. I would value the hotel room at $200 a night. Tops. Don't waste your time renting this place.

    Best thing about this condo is location and beach. Assuming it's because of COVID but kitchen was poorly stocked. 2 nice balconies to view the beach/ Gulf. Was told there's inside parking, but was never mentioned or talked about. Bottom line- good location

    Direct oceanfront within walking distance to everything around the pier: shops, restaurants and attractions. Complex is clean and well kept. Beach is clean and chair service was a plus. Fifteen minutes to Pensacola proper for everything else you could want on vacation. Highly recommend.

    The property itself is as advertised and the location is perfect. Enjoyed waking up to the sights and sounds of the ocean, morning sunrise walks along the beach and breakfast on our balcony. Having Lazy Days Beach Rentals on site with umbrellas and chairs is a huge bonus too. Definitely would stay here again.
