Newly built on pilings, there's ample parking underneath and there's always a nice breeze and refuge from the sun if you want to grill out and eat downstairs. There is a gas grill provided.brA spacious and fully stocked kitchen (including Keurig coffeemaker) with granite countertops provides plenty of room for cooking and dining with friends and family. The living area features a 50 flat screen TV and Blu-ray player and free WIFI. All bedrooms have TV's. There is a full size washer and dryer in a hallway closet and 2 full baths with plenty of towels. The house features 3300 square foot living area, with 6 bedrooms, each of which has a private bath, and an additional half bath. brbrThe main floor includes a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen with an ice maker. The living room and two bedrooms open onto a large elevated deck that faces the sound. brbrThe upper floor features a lounge with a wet bar and refrigerator. The lounge and two of the bedrooms open onto a sundeck facing the sound. brbrGuests can relax in private pool (which is heated except during December, January and February, and at other times when the air temperature is too cold for the pool heater to operate). We prefer to rent weekly, from either Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday but will consider shorter stays. The interior is casual Mediterranean style. The cottage is two stories above pilings with an enclosed garage below. brbrThe first floor is a spacious living room with an adjoining dining area and convenient kitchen. The master bedroom and bath is tucked away on the first floor. Take the spiral staircase up to the wrought iron railed cat walk where two additional bedrooms arebrlocated. The bedrooms upstairs have a bathroom in between them. Both bathrooms have large, tiled walk-in showers. One full-sized air mattress is also available. All counter tops (kitchen & bath) are granite. brbrThe upstairs bedrooms have large balconies and the master bedroom steps out onto the main deck that surrounds the house. The large back deck(40'x20')has a seating area.
