The kitchen is well equipped with a drip and keurig coffee maker, well stocked cabinets, new appliances and all the dishes and cookware for your use. Two updated bathrooms Guest bath has a tub / shower combo; Master bath has a walk-in shower with new flooring, vanities and lights. We are on septic so limit occupency to 10 persons. brbrWe provide large smart TVS in the living room and family room and bedrooms. One room has a digital antennae for local channels; we do not provide cable; all are Smart TVs for Streaming Apps. The Living Room has a high cathedral ceiling, tons of natural light and plenty seating. Guests are not allowed to utilize the top balcony as these units are rented separately unless the guest books the entire home. The upstairs balcony is for guests that book the top floor unit. brbrPlease note we only provide a starter pack of amenities, just to get you through your first night with us. brOne roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 pack of cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar of soap for each bathroom, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.brbrWe respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply. This goes for TVS as well.brbrCheck in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow/ promise early check ins. We can promise to notify the guest as soon as we have the unit ready. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time. The rate in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 28 days. If a guest books a 28-90 night stay the rate does increase for those reservations. This is strictly enforced. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement of all guests upon check in guests will be evicted and will not be refunded for the stay. After booking a signed rental agreement & a copy of the guest who booked driver's license will be requested. Rental Agreement & a copy of the guest's driver's license must be sent back within 48 hours of booking to secure your reservation. Failing to send those items back within 48 hours the reservation will be cancelled. No access to the property will be given until our Office has a signed Rental Agreement & a copy of the guest (who booked) Driver's License. brbrThis property does not allow Spring Breakers under 25 years of age.brPlease do not inquire asking if exceptions are made there are no exceptions made to this policy. brBetween March 1st - April 30th due to the new PCB ordinance we will require everyone over the age of 18 in the party to provide his/her driver's license. No exceptions to this rule. brbrNo unregistered guests allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests - including children of any age, we count heartbeats - and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. This unit sleeps 6 people max per the fire marshal. This goes for visitors as well. No exceptions. If the fire marshal is called to the unit because you are over the legal occupancy, you will be responsible for the fine associated with him coming out & unfortunately will be evicted immediately. brbrMaintenance & cleanliness issues should be reported to us within 2 hours of checking into the unit. We want to ensure that maintenance issues & cleanliness issues are addressed as soon as the guest checks in so Anchors Away can make it right. Failing to do so guests will be responsible for damages reported after the checkout inspection & after the 2-hour window of checking in the guest takes the unit as is. Please make sure to inform us of any issues regarding maintenance & cleanliness when you arrive. brbrNo outside/inside grills of any kind are allowed to be brought to this property. Absolutely no exceptions. brbrRing Camera Notice: For your protection & ours, we have a ring camera on the front door & surrounding the house that records audio & video. Do not tamper or cover the cameras. If you cover or tamper with the cameras - you will be evicted immediately & no refunds will be given. brbrThis property has a 2-car maximum. Only 2 standard size vehicles will be allowed to park in the driveway at any given time. We respectfully ask that you do not park on the street. You will be towed. (No trailers or RVS)brbrGuests are only allowed to utilize the upstairs balcony overlooking the Gulf. Guests are not allowed to utilize the bottom balcony as these units are rented separately unless the guest books the entire home. The downstairs balcony is for guests that book the bottom floor unit. brbrPlease note we only provide a starter pack of amenities, just to get you through your first night with us. brOne roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 trash bag for each trashcan, 1 sponge for the kitchen, 1 pack of cascade, 2 pods for laundry, 1 bar of soap for each bathroom, 1 shampoo for each bathroom, & 1 conditioner for each bathroom. We do not provide these items for your entire stay.brbrWe respectfully ask all guests not to move the furniture around. All the furniture must be placed back where it was found. During the checkout inspection if furniture is moved around & not put back additional charges will apply. This goes for TVS as well.brbrCheck in is 4pm central on the day of arrival & checkout is 10am central on the day of departure. We do not allow/ promise early check ins. We can promise to notify the guest as soon as we have the unit ready. By booking guest agrees to wait to go to the property until the 4pm check in time. Guests are not allowed on property until the 4pm check in time or until they are notified that the house is ready. Failure to check out by 10am will result in additional charges. Check out time is 10 AM: if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged $50.00 per half hour until all guests have completely vacated the unit.brbrQuiet Hours are 10pm to 8am – if security is called to your unit, management may evict without refund. Please be mindful of the people that live around us that are not on vacation. brbrThis is a nonsmoking unit. Evidence otherwise will result in a $300 fine & possible eviction without refund. You are allowed to smoke outside as long as cigarettes are disposed of properly. Failing to do so will result in a $300 fine. brbrFailure to take out trash or excessive cleans caused from guest's additional charges will apply. The management company will have the right to charge the guest between $150.00- $300.00 for failing to abide by this rule. brbrThis unit is not pet friendly. Please note if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, you will be evicted without refund & a $500 charge will be deducted from the card we have on file. If evidence of a pet is found at checkout, you will be fined a charge of $500. All Service Animals & ESA Animals must be disclosed to us at the time of booking. brbrThe damage waiver included in the booking breakdown does not cover missing items. Examples: missing wristbands, missing beach towels, missing kitchen ware, missing linen, or missing parking passes. Guests will be responsible for paying for those charges. brbrThere is a damage waiver included in the booking breakdown that covers accidental damages. The rate in the booking breakdown is for stays less than 28 days. If a guest books a 28-90 night stay the rate does increase for those reservations. Guests will be responsible for the difference in the price. Rates 28-59 nights will be $280.00 for the coverage & 60-90 nights will be $450.00 for the coverage.
