Stayed Jun 5, 2026The house was exactly as described and provided plenty of space for our entire family. The proximity to the beach was amazing and made it easy to enjoy the ocean every day. The area was quiet, safe, and very family-oriented, which made for a relaxing vacation. The host was responsive and answered our questions promptly. We were extremely pleased with our stay and look forward to returning in the future.

Stayed May 15, 2026We keep coming back because this home is wonderfully located, big enough for our family, pet friendly with a big yard, just down the street from the best donut shop in Florida, and feels like home as soon as we get there.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025The location is perfect! Short walk to the beach and Thomas donuts next door is a wonderful plus! The house is amazing! Everything you need for a wonderful vacation!! We have stayed here twice and never been disappointed! Can’t wait for the next trip!!

Stayed Jul 10, 2025I stayed here 7 years ago and had no issues. This time I was very disappointed when I arrived. It was very apparent the no one had cleaned the property prior to our arrival. None of the beds were made up. Sheets were left in the washing machine after a cycle had been run and they had soured. Had to be rewashed. There was rodent feces all in the folds of the pull-out sofa in the living room. I didn’t bother to contact anyone because I can wash laundry and make beds myself and simply just wanted to unpack and relax. That couch needs to be burned. Not enough toilet paper in the house…because it was apparent housekeeping had not showed up prior to us checking in at 4:00PM. Outdoor storage was a mess! Overall the property needs be be updated. Great location in PCB however.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025Had a little hiccup when arrived AC was out on 2nd level where bedrooms were for first night but 1st level was good, so all slept there. Al was able to get tech there next day and all was great!!We love this property and will be back, LORD willing for a third stay!!!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024We stay in this house every year and have been for several years. One of the reasons is that they let us bring our dog. The house is very comfy, not fussy. It’s not appointed with all the bells and whistles like some higher priced places. But we like that Because we feel very comfortable there
