We have been coming to the area since 2010, staying in different units at the Ormandy, and then found this one, which met the needs of our three children, their spouses, and nine grandchildren. Each family finds time in their busy schedule to come down and spend time with us as we enjoy our winters here. There is room for each family as they come to visit while we are here. Situated on the ocean, the unit provides a great summer, fall, and spring location for visitors who share our unit while we are back up North. The ocean provides a cool ocean breeze during the summer months. brbrWe live in Ely, Minnesota, 10 miles from the Canadian border, and our lake flows into the Boundary Waters Canoe Area, which is over a million acres of wilderness with no road or buildings.
