Beach Family Retreat w/HOT TUB, Fire pit, Lots of games & only 100 Steps to Sand

What a wonderful place to stay!! They have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Upon entering the property we were amazed how clean and spotless it was. With a 3 year old who’s always in the floor this was important to us. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of beach towels. The washer and dryer were great to have and there is a grocery and a Dunkin right across the street! The property is nicely fenced - it’s like you’re in your own little enclave. If you’re thinking of renting a spacious place on the beach with something for everyone, this is the place for you

Fun spot for our group. Beach is so close and lots of groceries and restaurants close by. Kitchen was well stocked.

Had an amazing and relaxing time. Will book again in the future. Fun for kids and adults. Nice neighborhood surrounded by everything you need to satisfy your stay.

House was clean, location was great. The kids loved the sand area. The weather wasn’t ideal while we were there but the sand area kept the kids entertained, especially finding sharks teeth and shells throughout. They loved the kid cave also. 10/10 recommend and would visit again. Easy walk across the street for breakfast at Dunkin or for a snack at the 7/11. Host was responsive to questions we had. Easy check in/out. And the Hot tub was a plus with the chilly weather.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Family Retreat! The kids really enjoyed the arcade games and sand pit as well as the close proximity to the beach. The hot tub was also nice on some of the cooler days we had. It's a great place to stay for a beach visit with children!

Tonya was very responsive and welcoming. We had everything we needed for an amazing stay. The house was well stocked, super close to the beach and VERY clean. Will definitely be back!

Great spot place is cozy but still spacious somehow. Kids loved the game room and we enjoyed the outdoor areas as well.

We had such a great stay!! The teenagers had great space to do their own things. It was so clean and such lovely accommodations. We hope to go back again.

Property was as described which is not always the case. Clean and comfortable. Host was very accessible and offered tips on the area. Look forward to another stay.

The property is beautiful and the host has everything you can think of and it was very clean and stylish, the only downfall was the parking but besides that it was perfect.

Host was very quick to respond to questions we had during our stay. Nice and easy walk to beach. We brought chairs and beach towels but didn’t need to. House was stocked with everything. Perfect for what we needed. The only thing I would change is making one or two of the sofas a sofa bed. We are talking about renting same place again next year.

Beautiful property with a great location. Very close to main road which was a bit terrifying at times with people walking late at night. Minimal issues and the host was always super responsive. Many great things that other places we have stayed did not have. Wish it had more outside coverage as it was rainy the weekend we were there and we live to sit outside.

The location was great 100 steps from the beach. The home offered everything we needed and surprisingly plenty of room for 10 of us. The available items already in the unit like coffee - just made it even better and convenient. Right across the street from Publix. The beach was not crowded at all. It was a great stay.
