This home is the perfect spot for your next beach-side getaway! It was recently remodeled to be fully accessible. It features flush exterior entrances, wide doorways and hallways, a fully accessible bathroom, and an accessible kitchen with accessible height appliances and counters. brbrAs you step into the home you’ll be greeted by a bright, formal living room completed by relaxing furnishings. There is also a family room with an abundance for furniture to seat everyone together including a sleeper sofa and a mounted TV.brbrAdjacent to the family room is the remodeled kitchen that comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The counters and appliances were thoughtfully designed at a height that are accessible for those in mobility devices while still being a comfortable height for those without a disability. Between the two guest bedrooms is a full bathroom which includes a tub/shower combo.brbrPlease note this home does not include access to the garage but up to two vehicles can park in the driveway. While you can see some fencing in the listing photos, the yard is not fully fenced and those are the neighbors fences. brbrPet policy: this property can allow for up to two dogs (dogs only) for an additional price. There are two houses on the property, both are included in your rental. The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, and a massive living room. The guesthouse has 2 more bedrooms, 2 full baths, giant living room, a kitchen and a breakfast nook. Both units have laundry. Early Check in/Late Checkout $65 per hour. Please reach out to the host for availability.brbrRing cameras located at front door and on back of house.brbrHouse has been designed with exquisite beach furnishings so that you can enjoy comfort and style while relaxing in your private oasis. Fully equipped with wifi, books, towels, linens and everything you need-just bring your suitcase and bathing suit. You have private beach access so walk out the back yard and put your toes in the sand while enjoying sunny Florida.brNo house partiesbrEvent fees apply for eventsbrEvents must be fully disclosed, approved and paid forbrbrThe pool has a soaking tub. It used to be a hot tub but with the sun, sand, salt and wind we had continuous issues with it and therefore, it is not longer included in the rental. If the hot tub is working during your stay we will gladly turn it on for you, please contact our property manager 2 hours prior to use. Please note, if is not working, it is not part of the rental and no refunds will be given. The same goes for the pool heater-pool heaters in high use homes, homes on the beach, are notorious for having issues. Should you decide you want the pool heated you must make property manager aware at least a week in advance and pay for the heating for the duration of the stay. Pool heating is $200/day and must be for the duration of the stay, we do not do partial stay pool heating. Heaters cannot be turned on and off as it takes up to 24 hours to heat the pool. Should the pool heater not work during your stay, you would be refunded only any fees you have paid to heat the pool as pool heating is not guaranteed nor included in the rental. brbrProvided: 3 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap (small bottle), 1 roll paper towels, 1 trash bag per bin, 3 dish soaps and three laundry pods. brbrGuests will be required to provide a photo ID and credit card for security deposit ($500). Security deposit is a pre-authorization, not an actual charge, unless there is damage or missing items. Authorization is removed within 48 hours of check-out. brbrThis is a non-smoking unit-we don`t care what you smoke, just do it outside. Any smoke smell in home or evidence of smoking in home will result in complete loss of security deposit. If you smoke in the home, it both is unfair to the owner that is working hard to keep their unit nice and to the next guest that rented a smoke-free home. It`s Florida, this is non-negotiable so please understand. brbrWe have our cleaners thoroughly clean and sanitize the home between each guest. We also ask our guests to please do the following at check-out (note, if this upsets you please simply find another location as there is a massive labor shortage, we frequently have guests ask for early or late check-in/out and this is how we are able to make things smooth for all guests. Please note our check out instructions:br1. Strip all beds used and pillows and put sheets, pillow covers and used towels in a pile in center of room or on beds for beds used.br2. Turn off all lights, fans can be left on. br3. Turn off TVs, coffee makers and other electronics. br4. All dishes should either be cleaned or put into dishwasher and start dishwasher cycle. This is to avoid dishes getting crusty and attracting bugs.br5. Please load one load of towels into washing machine and start. br6. Return any books, games, beach items, etc (beach items should be rinsed outside to get rid of any excess sand). br7. Empty any outdoor ashtrays, clean up any cigarette butts.br8. Empty all food from refrigerator (you can leave never opened beverages and used condiments if you wish) put in outside trash and make sure trash is on curb Sun night or Wed night. br9. Make sure keys are left in lockbox ($50 per key replacement) and garage remote and/or parking pass left on counter ($100 replacement fee).br10. Wipe down countertops and leave home the way you found it. br11. Turn A/C to 78 degrees prior to departure.br12. Drive or fly home safely and come back and see us soon!brbrWe don`t charge a security deposit but instead a small damage waiver which will cover up to $2500 in damage no questions asked. Please note, damage waiver does not cover smoke in house...so please make certain you smoke whatever you smoke outside not near doors/windows. Smoke in unit will result in eviction and a $500 charge to card on file. Please just don`t do it. brbrDamage Waiver Disclaimer:brbrI. Close to Daytona Beach International Speedway, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Marine land, Flagler Beach and numerous activities. brbrHistoric St. Augustine is just 45 minutes away. The Kennedy Space Center is 60 minutes away. It's approximately 75 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios. And, it's only 90 minutes to Disney World!brbrDuring the Covid-19 outbreak we did add security cameras to the exterior of the home because it was sitting vacant for months when we couldn’t rent. The cameras are intended for when the home is empty and not to watch guests. They are purposely pointed at the doorways and walkways into the home. Early Check in/Late Checkout $25 per hour. Please reach out to the host for availability.brProvided starter pack: 3 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap (small bottle), 1 roll paper towels, 1 trash bag per bin, 4 laundry pods. brbrGuests will be required a drivers license and credit card for security deposit. Card is not charged, a pre-authorization of $500 and if any damage or missing items would be charged, otherwise hold released 48 hours after check-out. brbrThis is a non-smoking unit-we don`t care what you smoke, just do it outside. Any smoke smell in home or evidence of smoking in home will result in complete loss of security deposit. If you smoke in the home, it both is unfair to the owner that is working hard to keep their unit nice and to the next guest that rented a smoke-free home. It`s Florida, this is non-negotiable so please understand. Please note, evidence of smoking in home or near doors or smell of smoke in home will result in immediate eviction. brbrWe have our cleaners thoroughly clean and sanitize the home between each guest. We also ask our guests to please do the following at check-out (note, if this upsets you please simply find another location as there is a massive labor shortage, we frequently have guests ask for early or late check-in/out and this is how we are able to make things smooth for all guests. Please note our check out instructions:br1. Strip all beds used and pillows and put sheets, pillow covers and used towels in a pile in center of room or on beds for beds used.br2. Turn off all lights, fans can be left on. br3. Turn off TVs, coffee makers and other electronics. br4. All dishes should either be cleaned or put into dishwasher and start dishwasher cycle. This is to avoid dishes getting crusty and attracting bugs.br5. Please load one load of towels into washing machine and start. br6. Return any books, games, beach items, etc (beach items should be rinsed outside to get rid of any excess sand). br7. Empty any outdoor ashtrays, clean up any cigarette butts.br8. Empty all food from refrigerator (you can leave never opened beverages and used condiments if you wish) put in outside trash and make sure trash is on curb Sun night or Wed night. br9. Make sure keys are left in lockbox ($50 per key replacement) and garage remote and/or parking pass left on counter ($100 replacement fee).br10. Wipe down countertops and leave home the way you found it. br11. Turn A/C to 78 degrees prior to departure.br12. Drive or fly home safely and come back and see us soon!

I take great pride in my homes - I want them to feel like a true second home for my guests. brbrThe Dolphin House is super cozy with two queen size beds, and a nice size kitchen. The living room and patio area are really nice to stretch out and relax with family. There is a sunroom off the kitchen that many guests have used for their remote job. The backyard is fenced and perfect for pets, HAS A HEATED POOL and is a great way to relax and unwind after a busy day at the beach. Barb B Q grill is on the patio. There is a smart TV and wifi if you want to connect to your devices. ( Pool is just finishing up in 8/23 - still working on putting landscaping back together.)brbrThis adorable little home is within walking distance of the beach, Dollar General for your basic supplies, Alfie's Restaurant,and just a short drive is Publix, Dollar Tree, an ice cream stand, Alfie's Restaurant, Publix liquor store, a bait shop, and a brewery (with a food truck outside) are just a short 3 min drive away. And of course so many good eateries and bars all up and down the A1A Scenic highway.brbr It's only a short direct walk to the ocean - this is VERY IMPORTANT when renting a beach place. It is a straight short walk to the ocean. NO winding thru neighborhoods or around condo buildings at the ocean. Trust me, this is important. And at the end of the street (at the ocean ) you will find a small park with bathrooms and a shower along with a LIFEGUARD. OR Instead of walking east to the ocean, go west 1/4 mile and you are at a small public kayak ramp with a great dock for fishing and AMAZING SUNSETS over the Intracoastal Waterway.brbrSo many things to do in the area (or nothing but laying in the sun!) like trying your hand at surf fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, or just a long walk on the beach. See the last photo on this listing to look at the free concerts that happen throughout the summer in Daytona! It's a quick 10-minute Uber ride to the Bandshell (a venue right by main street Daytona) with views of the ocean as you listen to your favorite artists.brbrDuring the Spring you might be able to spot the elusive rare right whales and their babies go by, or a few times a year you can walk by the sea turtle nests. Almost every morning you can walk down and catch a glorious sunrise and watch a pod of dolphins go by. There is also a very nice large dog trail/park (Bicentennial Park) within a mile of the home. Daytona’s famous Main Street, as well as the Daytona International Speedway, is just 10 miles up the road (but you will feel like you are miles away with no traffic or noise) The cool, unknown town of Flagler Beach is just a short gorgeous drive 11 miles north up A1A. The pier is a fun adventure - you can even rent fishing gear on the pier or grab a bite and drink and just enjoy the view.brbrWhen you send your request in for a booking, please tell me about your group and what is bringing you to the area, as well as info about your pets please. There is a PER pet fee for the stay - But this means I allow you to bring ALL your family members! When booking I will just need to know how many. All my homes are on the same street.
