This penthouse condo is just amazing. The views are spectacular. The interior is renovated perfectly. From the bedrooms to the kitchen to the living room, there is nothing lacking and you will not be sorry you chose to stay here! And Peter is a great host with extremely prompt communication. Highly recommend.

This is an immaculate spacious 3 bed/3 bath condo. So many amenities and details, like being at home. We couldn’t have asked for more. The view is stunning, the balcony is wonderful and shades over mid morning, making it comfortable all day. Love the Polywood padded chaise lounges and dinning table.

Great condo for our three college aged kids. Communication was perfect and the condo was exactly as advertised. Will definitely be coming back.

Everything was wonderful; perfect weather; beautiful accommodations. Cookware needed a bit if cleaning and we hoped beach chairs would be higher in height. Sand chairs difficult for older renters.

The room is just like advertised on the picture, top floor, perfect view and space. The beach is sometimes quiet, sometimes a lot of wave depending on the time of the day. The owner has beach chair, toy and kitchen well stocked. To our surprise, they have a cabinet full of board games and puzzles. Great selection.

The condo is beautiful, the location is excellent and the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. You won’t be disappointed.

This property is gorgeous and the view is unbeatable. We love staying at the Van Lee and have stayed in more than one of Peter’s properties and they are always great! I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean place, well decorated

Fantastic 3 bedroom condo with plenty of gathering space for meals and social times. Terrific view of the beach. A corner unit so we were able to see the early sunrise in the Atlantic and then watch the sunset over the Halifax River in the evening.

We had a really awesome stay this week!! The condo is beautiful! Very clean! Amazing views! The reservations throughout are extremely well done. They thought of everything! If you are checking in this Summer, just note they are currently down an elevator, so bring your patience at check in! We have been coming to the Daytona/Ormand area for the last 9-10 Summers and this is easily one of the nicer condos we have stayed in! You will not be disappointed!!!

When you first walk into this absolutely gorgeous condo....you would think that you were the FIRST one to have ever stayed here! Everything is IMMACULATE!!! :) There wasn't a crumb or a piece of sand ANYWHERE! Which is really something considering you're at the BEACH! Peter was absolutely wonderful to text with from the beginning of the process to even if we needed anything! There was PLENTY of space, and everything was clean, well stocked and well thought out! Thank you Peter for a much needed vacation spot that really made you feel at home....away from home! :)
