Sorry for all the explanation regarding bedding/sleeping, I just want to be transparent and make sure you are comfortable about the layout prior to staying at the property. brbrPatio/Lanai Area: Please note that this is considered an outdoor structure, it was simply enclosed at some point but it does not have heat or A/C and is not completely sealed so could have an occasional dead bug. The entire house & patio is on a 4x/yr pest control program and this area is cleaned & swept prior to your arrival, but that doesn't prevent an occasional bug from sneaking in. brbrPlease do not move any furniture around but If for some reason something gets moved, please return it, undamaged, to where you found it. Damages will be charged to guests. brDogs are permitted but can not be left alone in the house unless crated. br Prior to leaving.....br1) Set thermostat at 78 in summer, 66 in winter. br2) Place all trash bags in the 2 trash cans outside. Excess bags should be left in the laundry room as animals will tear into them if left outside and not in a covered bin. br3) Please inform me of any breakage of kitchenware, furniture, etc, or any stains, tears, etc of linens, furniture, carpets, etc. br4) Run the dishwasher and put all dishes used back into the cabinets. br5) Make sure all lights are off except one at front door.br6) Make sure stove/oven is off. br7) Please make sure all doors to the house are locked prior to leaving. br8) Please travel home safely

Primary has a King Bed, Bedroom 2 - Upper Level has Full Size Bed. Bedroom 3 - Upper Level has twin bunk beds. Bedroom 4 - Lower Level has Queen Bed. Bedroom 5 - Lower Level has Full Size Bed. There is a large room over the garage which will eventually be used as a recreation room. It is not ready yet, however guests do have access. Guest will be able to access the whole house minus a couple of closets.

The apartment is about 1,000 square feet contains its own entrance, kitchen with dining bar/living room area, bathroom, 2 large bedroom, and a shared pool out back. brbrThe kitchen features a bar to dine at, a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, air fryer, microwave, and essentials like salt/pepper, oil, tea, coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen. We do include a welcome gift of pastries to get you started on your first morning. brbrThe living room area features a sofa along with a smart TV. The TV is a smart TV so bring along your login information for Hulu, Netflix, prime etc. If you don’t have a membership, each app offers free trials in addition to the other free apps on Roku and live TV tile on Roku. brbrThe bathroom features a shower/tub combo, fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. brbrBoth large bedrooms features a Queen-sized beds, closets, ceiling fans, smart TVs, large sitting chairs, one has a fireplace, and they have extra pillows and blankets along with an iron and ironing board.brbrThe front deck features two rocking chairs and a table. The back deck/pool area is shared with a large pool, deck with outdoor dining table, gas grill, outdoor sun loungers, pool floats, and an outdoor gas firepit. There are two bikes available for use that are shared among the two suites.
