At Family Adventure Vacations, we provide our guests with a fun, family inspired rental! This adorable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath beach house is your Link to Paradise! Sit on the porch with the amazing unobstructed views of the Santa Rosa Sound, or take a very short walk/golf cart ride to the gulf. The house location is a straight walk to the beach access, making this house actually closer to the access than most of the houses on Gulf Boulevard. The Master bedroom is on the top floor and features a king size bed, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a private balcony. This bedroom does have a smart tv. The laundry room is located right off the master bathroom. On the main floor the guest room has a queen size bed, as well as a smart tv. The second room on the main level has a king size bed, and a smart tv. Through this room you access another bedroom. This is a fun kids' bunk room with all four walls painted with an under the sea mural. This room has a bunk bed with two twin beds.The two bedrooms share a guest bathroom with a combination shower/tub. The living area has a pullout sofa as well as a queen size Murphy bed. Off of the kitchen is an adorable bar room with an additional table. The garage has an air conditioned game room to hang out and watch tv, or play foosball. We have a 6 seater golf cart available for you to rent. Please shoot me a message for rates. We also have 4 beach bikes available for your use.brGolf cart rental available! brbr Pet fee is $120 per dog, 2 dog maximum. Small dogs under 50lbs only. Dogs must be crated when not under direct supervision. We do not have a crate at this property, you will need to bring one. Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture, this includes beds. Excessive cleaning due to pets may result in additional charges. This includes hair, urine, feces (yard included), and any damage from the pets. There is also a Vitamix, toaster, Keurig Duo with reusable coffee filter and k-cup (k-cups provided), air fryer, and much more. Cabinet under kitchen sink will house cleaning supplies, trash bags, first aid kit/fire extinguisher, and will be closed with a child proof lock.brbrHome is beautifully decorated in beach decor, so it is very easy to kick back and relax on the large sectional couch and recliner. Smart TVs are in each bedroom, and YouTube TV is offered in the living room. Feel free to use any personal streaming services you may have.brbrSpa/Pool is heated and available all year around. This is a private 8'x12' (3-5ft) Spool that is fully enclosed and located in a private fenced yard. It is capable of being heated up to 100 degrees and has optional jets. It's the best of both worlds! Children must be supervised at all times and all posted rules must be followed. The exterior doors used to access the pool enclosure from the home are equipped with automatic closers and chimes, in accordance with Florida law. Instructions on how to operate pool heater are provided, but please reach out if there are any questions. Pool running hours are from 8am to 8pm daily and can only be heated during those hours. Pool typically stays warm for several hours after pool turns off. Pool towels are provided (for the pool area only) and located in the outdoor storage shed. Beach chairs are also available and located in the front door entry closet. Please rinse and dry before returning chairs to the bin inside the closet. Navarre does have a noise ordinance (9pm – 7am), so please be respectful to neighbors.brbr1 pet (dog only) allowed (20 lbs max) $150 pet fee.
