We are inviting you to our home to make memories and enjoy many of the things we love about Navarre Beach. brbrBring your family and unplug from the stress of everyday life. Locals call Navarre Beach The Island and for good reason. Our home is nestled between the blue waters of Santa Rosa sound and the soft powder beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Both can be seen and accessed quickly from our home. Gorgeous beach sunsets, sound of waves crashing, toes in the cool sand and laughs with friends/family (ok and a nap or 2) will all be experienced here! Want to be together We have lots of space to gather in groups. Want some quiet time We offer over 3000 square feet and multiple living spaces to spread out. brbrWhen you enter the home, you will find everything you need right in front of you for a wonderful stay. To your left is an inviting family room with tons of comfortable seating, large screen TV and all the comforts of home. Just past the seat area are two sliding doors that lead you to a huge first level covered deck that spans 10x30 feet. br There are two bar height tables surrounded by 4 chairs on each end to enjoy meals or a good card game while seeing the bay water. brbrDirectly in front of you is a huge kitchen area with an oversized island and barstool seating surrounding it. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you will need to cook your favorite meal including a double oven. brbrTo your right is a short walk to the half bathroom on the right. Continue straight into the master suite on the mail level on the left. This room provides comfort and privacy while having easy access to all of the main areas.brbrTake an immediate left and walk up the custom wooden steps to the next level of the home. At the top of stairs a left takes you to the upstairs sitting area equipped with a comfortable couch, 2 leather chairs and a flat screen TV. Right off this room is the Master Suite on the top level. This room is the crown jewel of the home and the ultimate comfort area. Enjoy the large walk-in tile shower, soft king bed or go through the siding doors out to the 2nd 9x30 covered porch. This porch has a bar height dining table and chairs that seats 6. This also offers the best views from our home of the Santa Rosa sound.brbrAcross from the top of the stairs is a walk-in laundry room equipped with High Efficiency washer and dryer. To the right you will find the other two bedrooms in the home. Both spacious rooms share a Jack and Jill bath and shower as well has access to the balcony on the back of our home. From that view you can both see and hear the waves of the ocean. brbrAs you can hopefully see, this home has it all. The only sadness you will experience is when you have to leave. The home has 3 furnished balconies for relaxing, dining and enjoying the spectacular views.brHome is across the street from the gulf with crossover 1/2 block away. There is canal access behind the house which is great for launching kayaks (included). The home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and has 2000 sq ft. I furnish kayaks, paddles, beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs and coolers. I have hammocks and fenced in back, white sand ‘yard’.br Two king suites, 2 queen bedrooms. 1 queen sofa sleeper, 3 built in xl bunk beds, cots and 2 other sofas for children. There are 3 balconies with furniture to include dining tables. There are 2 bedrooms on main level with each having a queen sized bed and share single main floor bathroom. There are 2 suites on the top floor, both have a king size bed, bathroom and room for children’s cots. (One has a dormer with 3 built in bunk beds, the other has a queen size sofa and plenty of floor space for cots). Fully equipped kitchen with all amenities for cooking and dining. Leather furniture throughout. Lots of storage available. Beautiful water views.brThere is also a fully enclosed outside shower (hot and cold water) off the back patio to wash away the sand from a day at the beach.brNavarre Beach is an island, accessible from the mainland by a causeway. The causeway is 3 miles from the home. brThere are four restaurants on the island and a Bar and Grill where many visitors enjoy the sand volleyball courts. There’s also a park with a turtle sanctuary. brThe home is located in a quiet, residential, relaxing area on the west end.brThe mainland offers many restaurants, fast food, groceries, a park with splash feature, ice cream shops, gift shops and Walmarts in both directions. The zoo is 5 miles west on highway 98.brPensacola Beach is 8 miles west of the home, driving through the scenic National Seashore on highway 399 west. There are many very nice seafood restaurants located there as well as a marina, many shops, paragliding, jet skiing, play areas, confidence course, etc.brFort Walton Beach is 12 miles east, Destin is 20 miles east where you’ll find great shopping, thrill rides, water park, fabulous restaurants, Gulfarium, etcbrbrbrbr
