This property was perfect for family and extended family of 10! The elevator made unloading and loading so much easier. Floor plan was just right for us. Kitchen was the best equipped we've ever had. Beach access and provided beach gear was great. The weather did not cooperate, but we had fun in spite of it! The fridge wasn't working properly but the owners responded promptly. All in all, best vacation property yet and we will definitely return next year.

Excellent property, extremely clean, no problems at all. Checking/out was simple. Location was great, views are phenomenal. Beds are the most comfortable you could hope for, seating and furniture was ample and extremely comfortable. Parking was plentiful. Outfitted with everything one would need, never need to leave except for groceries. Absolutely perfect!

This was an excellent property. The kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of supplies. We had 5 vehicles and there was plenty of parking. Access to the beach was extra ordinary. We really enjoyed this property and will definitely be back.

This property is exceptional! 10 stars!! Expansive common areas, beautiful bedrooms & linens, balconies and decks, an indoor elevator, fully decked-out kitchen, lots of beach chairs/umbrellas, 2 garage parking spots and 4 on the driveway, an incredibly responsive host, and check-in was a breeze! Seaside at Tuscany is the middle 4-stories-unit in the building and the online photos are spot on. Rental units on the left and right were occupied during our stay and we never heard a peep from either side--great construction! Views are unobstructed in every direction and the Gulf surf and sand are just a few steps away via the walkway over the dunes. This was an incredible place to stay!!

Absolutely a wonderful place to host our first retreat! The home is gorgeous, and the views are even more breathtaking in person. The host was fantastic—responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.

We absolutely loved this rental. We had to come to Florida unexpectedly for a funeral and this unit had everything we needed for the week. The beach was wonderful. It was so quiet and relaxing.

The house was well equipped, plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the view was incredible!

Incredible home perfect for multiple families to gather. The views are breathtaking and there is plenty of outdoor seating. I was pleasantly surprised to arrive and find it’s even better than the pictures! Highly recommend booking your stay!

Everything was exactly as described, there were 10 of us who throughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for us, everyone had space for privacy but there was also enough room for us to gather together both inside and out. The kitchen has about anything you could imagine for preparing meals.The entire was property was extremely clean.We had a wonderful old friend reunion.

We loved our vacation here! The view and access to the beach were excellent. Also, it was very clean which was important to us. We will definitely return!

Perfect place for a perfect family vacation!

Amazing house! The photos don’t do this property justice, in the best way! Our family of 10 had plenty of room. Loved being right on the beach. The views were gorgeous. Every room was tastefully decorated with a beachy feel. The house had plenty of beach chairs & umbrellas for all & beach sand toys & floats. The elevator was such a luxury & used immediately to unload luggage/groceries. Having the ability to get groceries delivered saved so much time which gave the family more time on the beach. The beach was clean, had almost white, powdery sand & was uncrowded. We can’t say enough good things about this house, it met all our needs & then some. Kristina was great to work with, very responsive to any & all questions. We’ll definitely book this house again!!

Beautiful property!

Wow.....this beach home hits all the marks! Beautiful as the photos and Kristina was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had! Some spices in cabinets which is always helpful, well stocked with coffee filters and K cups to get you going. Plenty of dishes and cooking pots and pans for anything you want to cook! Beds are very comfortable and great sheets that are soft! No need to bring your chairs, umbrellas or beach toy - there were plenty for all of us to use! Be sure to check out the view from the 4th floor balconies - you will not be disappointed! From our new mothers view - the pack and play and highchair were a huge bonus, less to haul to FL! The elevator was great for our parents who are 86 and 92 and for brining up suitcases and groceries! All in All, this home is awesome and we have already booked for next year! Girls' weekend 2024.

My husband, children, and 3 friends stayed in this beautiful home which provided plenty of room and also privacy when needed. The kitchen was well stocked. We cooked all of our meals there and there were enough dishes and utensils provided. My daughter even cooked 2 cakes while there. In the garage there is a massive amount of chairs and umbrellas for beach use. We truly enjoyed having access to that. The home was very clean and there was enough towels in all bathrooms. My family truly enjoyed our stay.

This is best place so far in our 10 yrs of reunions! We our all in our 60’s now and the 10 of us had a great time! The elevator was a huge blessing!!! Very spacious master suites! Beautifully decorated! We plan to make this “Our” place at the beach that’s just how much we loved it!
