The villa is in the peaceful, gated Briarwood community and has an easterly lake aspect allowing the pool area to catch the sun all morning and most of the afternoon. The master bed has king-size bed, patio windows open onto the pool area, a walk-in closets, TV and en-suite bathroom. Queen-size bedroom with a shared en-suite bathroom and TV, and a twin-bed room that also opens onto the pool. It is air-conditioned throughout, has free high-speed WI-FI internet access, large flat-screen TV in the living room.
