Beautiful home! The house is very clean and well maintained. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the outdoor area and pool. The host is very helpful and responsive. We hope to stay here again!

We were searching for a beautiful house in Naples Park with at least two king size beds, a big table for the familie inside and outside and a big screened heated pool.There are not many houses that offer our demands and we were happy to find this beautiful house. Everything you need is inside, the furniture is on a very good shape, the beds are comfortable and the there is even a Florida state park pass so can save 6 Dollars a day on the beach.We loved it and will come back soon

Location and home were excellent. We had a great time and really enjoyed the outdoors with the lanai pool and patio. House was clean and well cared for. Great neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach.

This was a special visit because my dear wife passed away recently and Naples was a place we visited quite often. I loved this property so much that I wish it were one that we had rented during one of our visits. I highly recommend this property!! The outdoor area and pool are beautiful and the home offers any and everything you might need from kitchen items to beach essentials. I vacationed with my mom and we will definitely be back

We had such an amazing time here for our family gathering vacation! The home was super comfortable and welcoming, and it was stocked with absolutely everything we could possibly need—including a fully equipped kitchen for our family meals and excellent, super-comfy beds with great mattresses for a perfect night’s sleep. The décor was beautiful and gave the whole place a warm, relaxing vibe—perfect for spending quality time together. The pool quickly became everyone’s favorite spot to hang out—it was just perfect! And the nearby beach is absolutely stunning, with crystal-clear water every single time we went. The host was wonderfully friendly and always quick to reply. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to make special family memories, and we can’t wait to come back!

This home was amazing! It was very clean and obviously recently updated with all the best finishes. My family especially loved the pool and hot tub! Beaches were very close by and the home offered everything needed to enjoy the beaches with towels, umbrellas, chairs and coolers, including a backpack cooler which we primarily used. The beds were very comfortable, and there were even extra toiletries if needed. We found everything we needed to cook meals in the beautiful kitchen. There are four bicycles with helmets and bike locks which we used to ride the short distance to Vanderbilt Beach. Although we didn’t need it, there was also a toddler trailer for the bikes and a tent for children at the beach. The outdoor TV was amazing, just had to use our own passwords to access streaming devices. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was not far from Walmart or restaurants. My family has already decided to return to this home!

This was our first time to SW Florida and we had a great stay. Ruth’s house was the perfect size. It is in a great location, clean, well decorated, comfortable beds, and we loved the outdoor space with the pool. It is where we hung out as a family the most. We stay at 2-3 vacation condos/houses every year and this one is at the top of our list. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in Naples! The house was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. The pool was a big hit - we especially enjoyed relaxing in the Jacuzzi in the evenings. It really felt like a home away from home. Best of all, the beach was just a short drive away - perfect for sunset visits! We’d love to come back if we’re ever in the area again.

We are retirees that love the Naples Park area. Our 2 week stay was perfect. The home was decorated tastefully, had everything you could need, was close to everything.

The seamless outdoor living from family room to patio to pool was fantastic. Incredibly clean and the updates felt like we were staying in a brand-new home. The bikes were an added and much used bonus. Owner was very helpful. We would definitely choose this property again!

What can we say about this rental that has not already been said? It is more than advertise. Like lots of folks, I rely mostly on the five star rating and the review comments when choosing a rental. We could not find a single flaw in any of the reviews and that is why we chose this place and it did not disappoint. Ruth has thought of literally everything. We even tried to stump the rental at some point by saying “Surelythey won’t have a juicer.” Well, they had a juicer. Same with a few other unusual kitchen items. She has them all. The house is marvelously appointed and extremely comfortable. We were there for an orchestra audition, and there was plenty of room to make noise and not worry about disturbing the neighbors. The bathrooms were gorgeous, and the bedrooms were wonderful. All of the beds were extremely comfortable. I love that. There is new washer and dryer. We use them very often. Mostly, we spent our time on the back deck by the pool. The pool was beautiful, clean, bug free, and had everything we would want. I never thought I would care about having an outdoor television, but we used it often. The hot tub was wonderful as well. We did not have to worry about heating the pool as the temperature. It was plenty warm enough. The location proximity to the beach was amazing, The beach pass was also a welcome addition, to the state park. The neighborhood itself felt very safe. Lots of families. We never worried at all. Ruth is a fantastic host, in constant communication.

Mrs. Ruth goes above & beyond to accommodate your every need by communication with you before your arrival & during your stay. It is immaculate & private with having quick access to beaches, dining, & shopping. Beach gear/beach towels are provided so all you have to do is unpack your suitcase & have fun! The outdoor living space & pool were top notch & enjoyable to relax at after a day at the beach. We will definitely return to this rental in the future!
