Stayed Jul 1, 2025Fantastic home in a perfect location! The house is beautiful and the pool and lake view adds to the ambiance. It’s an easy walk to everything the City of Naples has to offer. It’s a great place for a large family to spend time together! We are already looking forward to our next stay there.

Stayed Nov 22, 2024This was the fifth or sixth time we have stayed at this house and every year we have the best time. The house has everything that you need: pool, hot tub, comfortable outdoor seating, beach chairs, bikes, walk to beach, restaurant, shops etc. I hope we can rent it again next year!!

Stayed Apr 12, 2024This was our second vacation at Brown Cottage and we loved it as much this time as last! The house is incredibly spacious, with every amenity you could imagine, and was impeccably clean when we arrived. The outdoor living space is where we spent most of our time - the pool, spa, firepit, and covered living area allowed us to be outside from morning to evening. The location is ideal. It's walking distance to 5th Ave, the beach, and Old Naples shopping/restaurants. The bikes and beach gear were great to have, too. The owner and property manager were very communicative throughout the whole process. We made wonderful memories here with our family and hope to return again!

Stayed Nov 17, 2023We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful house. This is the fourth time we’ve rented this house and we love it! This house is in a perfect location-walking distance to all the shops and restaurants, beach, and great places to ride bikes. The house is fully equipped with everything. Bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, coolers and pool toys. Hot tub is amazing and used it every day. Right on a lake and very private. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Stayed Nov 18, 2022This was our third time renting this beautiful house. It has everything: plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, pool, hot tub, privacy, bikes to ride, lake view, short walk to shops and restaurants. We were there for 10 days and enjoyed every minute of it! Hope to rent again next year!!!

Stayed Jun 3, 2022Immaculately clean and comfortable with wonderful location and beach access. Comfortable beds with quality bedding. Kitchen has everything you may need and is clean and like new. Lovely outdoor area and pool with plenty of space and privacy for all. Wonderful and efficient communication with house manager who responds quickly to any concerns. Have stayed at this home 3 times and can’t wait to go back!
