Near Beach Luxury Seaside Cottage on Moorings Golf Course

Our second time staying here and we loved it just as much as the first! Ed and Kathy are great hosts and we just love their seaside cottage :)

Wow! Ed and Kathy’s cottage was the perfect place for our family to stay over the Christmas holiday. Loved all the amenities provided— drinks in fridges, well stocked pantry, clean pool, and plenty of bikes with helmets just to name a few! We can’t wait to go back!

This is our second time visiting this property and, once again, our stay was perfect. The cottage was immaculate, and our hosts were incredibly friendly, responsive, and flexible. The furnishings are top notch, the bedrooms spacious with ensuite baths, and the decorations provided the beach cottage comfort that made us feel at home. We enjoyed our days in or by the screened in pool gazing out over the golf course (private yet feels very open), sitting in the comfortable chairs under the awning in the shade, or watching the outdoor television. The refrigerator was stocked and the home had everything we needed. Following a wonderful dinner out at one of the amazing restaurants in the area and watching the sunset at the beach, evenings were spent reading books, doing puzzles, or playing games with the family. We truly enjoyed our time at this cottage and left recharged as we had hoped. We look forward to our return!

This property makes you feel at home. The coastal decor and personal touches relax you the minute you enter. The pool and lanai overlooking the golf course is stunning. The hosts think of everything. I wish there was a higher rating than 5 because this one deserves it!

We really enjoyed everything about our stay at Ed and Kathy's cottage. The property was exactly as advertised and everything was perfect for our stay. The home is very well maintained and has everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owners was very prompt and any questions we had were promptly addressed. Check in and check out was very easy and we were provided with incremental flexibility based upon a delayed flight at our exit. The pool is tremendous and we used it at both day and night. We look forward to a future stay!

The house is amazing- loved the pool and the close proximity to great restaurants in Naples. We will return for sure. Thanks for the hospitality!

Our family was visiting Naples for the Christmas holiday. I communicated with Kathy a few times prior to arrival as we were arriving on Christmas and was nervous about what restaurants would be open and needing some food at house. Kathy recommended a fabulous restaurant for Christmas night dinner and had cheese, crackers and a few items in house waiting for our arrival(both refrigerators stocked with water and sodas as well). As you will see in pictures the house is beautiful and warm. While staying there you truly feel as if you are a guest staying at a friends home! The pool and view of golf course added so much to our stay, each day we spent part of morning or afternoon lounging by pool. The house is stocked with anything you would need, Kathy and Ed have thought of everything……I truly felt while there that it was very important to Kathy and Ed for all guests to fall in love with house and have a wonderful and relaxing vacation. I also love to walk, every day I would choose a different route and so loved how many options I had and how many friendly people I’d meet also walking. If someone was to ask me for anything negative about stay it would be that we had to leave after only staying a week!! Kathy, again thank you for everything, we hope to return again in 2022!!
